The present disclosure provides systems and methods for molecular imaging. The systems and methods may obtain, using at least one 3D camera, image data of at least one movable detector of an ECT device. The systems and methods may determine, based on the image data of the at least one movable detector, an arrangement of the at least one insert detector in a coordinate system that relates to the ECT device. The systems and methods may also obtain image data of an object by performing, using the at least one movable detector, an ECT imaging on the object. The systems and methods may generate, based on the arrangement of the at least one movable detector and the image data of the object, an image of the object.

Systems and methods for molecular imaging

A system for radiation therapy may obtain a plurality of sets of motion data each of which corresponds to one of a plurality of motion phases of a subject. A set of motion data corresponding to a motion phase may include first physiological motion data and second physiological motion reflecting a physiological motion during the motion phase. The first physiological motion data and the second physiological motion data may be collected via a medical imaging device and a first motion sensor, respectively. The system may also direct a radiotherapy device to deliver a radiation treatment to the subject according to a treatment plan. During the radiation treatment, the system may obtain target physiological motion data reflecting the physiological motion of the subject, the target physiological motion data being collected via a second motion sensor; and adjust the treatment plan to adapt to the physiological motion of the subject.

Systems and methods for motion tracking in radiation therapy

The present disclosure relates to an insert system for performing positron emission tomography (PET) imaging. The insert system can be reversibly installed to an existing system, such that PET functionality can be introduced into the existing system without the need to significantly modify the existing system. The present disclosure also relates to a multi-modality imaging system capable for conducting both PET imaging and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI). The PET and MRI imaging can be performed simultaneously or sequentially, while the performance of neither imaging modality is compromised for the operation of the other imaging modality.

PET/MRI insert system

The disclosure relates to PET imaging systems and methods. The systems may obtain a plurality of PET images of a subject and a CT image acquired by performing a spiral CT scan on the subject. Each gated PET image may include a plurality of sub-gated PET images. The CT image may include a plurality of sub-CT images each of which corresponds to one of the plurality of sub-gated PET images. The systems may determine a target motion vector field between a target physiological phase and a physiological phase of the CT image based on the plurality of sub-gated PET images and the plurality of sub-CT images. The systems may reconstruct an attenuation corrected PET image corresponding to the target physiological phase based on the target motion vector field, the CT image, and PET data used for the plurality of gated PET images reconstruction.

Systems and methods for correcting mismatch induced by respiratory motion in positron emission tomography image reconstruction

A method for imaging may include directing a PET scanner to perform scans of a subject injected with a tracer during a first time period. The method may also include generating PET images by reconstructing the PET data that are generated by the PET scanner based on the scans of the subject. The method may also include determining a first portion of a blood input function of the tracer in the subject based on the PET images. The method may also include determining an integral of a second portion of the blood input function based on a kinetic model, the PET data, and the first portion of the blood input function. The method may also include determining kinetic parameters of the kinetic model based on the PET data, the first portion of the blood input function, and the integral of the second portion of the blood input function.

Systems and methods for determining kinetic parameters in dynamic positron emission tomography imaging

The present disclosure provides a positron emission tomography (PET) system and an image reconstruction method thereof. The PET system may include a plurality of annular detector units arranged along an axial direction. Each of the detector units may generate a plurality of single event counts. The PET system may further include a plurality of coincidence logic circuits connected to one or more of the detector units. The coincidence logic circuits may be configured to count coincidence events. Single event data generated by each of the detector units may be transmitted to the corresponding coincidence logic circuit. The plurality of coincidence logic circuits may synchronically generate coincidence counts relating to the plurality of detector units.

System and method for image reconstruction in positron emission tomography

The present disclosure provides a system and method for PET image reconstruction. The method may include processes for obtaining physiological information and/or rigid motion information. The image reconstruction may be performed based on the physiological information and/or rigid motion information.

System and method for reconstructing ECT image

Methods and systems for detecting a three-dimensional position of a scintillation event converting a radiation into a light. For example, a system includes a crystal array including a plurality of crystal elements, a light sensor array including a plurality of light sensors, a first crystal pair of the plurality of crystal pairs corresponds to a first light sensor pair of the plurality of light sensor pairs; a second crystal pair of the plurality of crystal pairs corresponds to a second light sensor pair of the plurality of light sensor pairs; and a third crystal pair of the plurality of crystal pairs corresponds to the first light sensor pair and the second light sensor pair such that a scintillation event in the third crystal pair is detected by both the first light sensor pair and the second light sensor pair.

Devices, systems and methods for determining depth of interaction in positron emission tomography detectors

The present disclosure provides a system and method for image generation. The method may include obtaining a first image acquired by an imaging device. The first image may include a representation of a blood vessel of a subject based on a tracer. The method may further include obtaining a blood vessel model configured to provide one or more constraints regarding one or more characteristics of the blood vessel. The method may further include generating a second image including a representation of the blood vessel based on the blood vessel model and the first image. An image resolution of the second image may be higher than an image resolution of the first image. The presentation of the blood vessel in the second image may satisfy at least one of the one or more constraints.

Systems and methods for determining plasma input function used in positron emission tomography imaging

An imaging system includes a collimator assembly, a detector assembly and a control device. The collimator assembly is configured to collimate photons emitted from an imaged subject. The collimator assembly includes a plurality of slit-plates, each of the plurality slit-plates including one or more slits configured to collimate the photons in a first direction, and a plurality of slats parallel to a transverse plane of the imaging system. The detector assembly is configured to generate signals based on the collimated photons. The control device is configured to place the plurality of slit-plates in a plurality of locations to provide a plurality of fields of view of the imaging system.

Imaging systems and methods thereof

A method for generating attenuation map is disclosed. The method includes acquiring an anatomic image and PET data indicative of a subject, wherein the anatomic image comprises a plurality of voxels. The method also includes fetching a reference image to register the anatomic image, the reference image includes voxel segmentation information. The method further includes segmenting the anatomic image into a plurality of regions based on the voxel segmentation information. The method further includes generating a first attenuation map corresponding to the anatomic image by assigning attenuation coefficients to the plurality of regions. The method further includes calculating a registration accuracy between the anatomic image and the reference image. The method further includes determining a probability distribution of attenuation coefficient. The method further includes updating the first attenuation map iteratively based on the probability distribution of attenuation coefficient and the PET data to obtain a final attenuation map.
