A drive circuit for a direct modulated laser and a direct modulated optical transmitter. The drive circuit includes a service data drive unit, a voltage configuration unit, a monitoring data modulation unit, and a monitoring current generation unit. Output terminals of the voltage configuration unit and the monitoring data modulation unit are connected to a same input terminal of the monitoring current generation unit. An output terminal of the service data drive unit is connected to a current sink interface of the monitoring current generation unit, and is suitable for connecting a direct modulated laser. In the technical solution, a low-speed monitoring data signal is mixed into an average optical power signal of a high-speed service data light wave from the direct modulated laser, then is extracted from the received optical signal by a remote optical receiver, enabling the drive circuit to be remotely monitored.

Disclosed are a dual-carrier integrated optical device and a photoelectric module. The optical device comprises: an encapsulation unit, and a ceramic substrate and two independent carrier assemblies arranged in the encapsulation unit. Every carrier assembly comprises a DWDM active chip arranged on the first heat sink, a first heat sink arranged on the independent control element, and an independent control element for adjusting the temperature of the DWDM active chip to adjust an output wavelength of the DWDM active chip. The DWDM active chip and the independent control element are respectively connected to the ceramic substrate. According to the characteristic that the wavelength of the active chip will shift with the temperature, an output laser wavelength of each active chip is independently controlled by means of the independent control element, which achieves higher wavelength stability and can realize optical signal transmission at different rates.

The device comprises a microcontroller, a light emitting assembly temperature control unit, an analog-to-digital converter, a digital-to-analog converter, a storage unit, a thermistor of a negative temperature coefficient in a TOSA component, and a TEC assembly. The microcontroller comprises an ADC input interface, a DAC output interface, a GPIO output interface, an external communication interface, and a memory interface. The light emitting assembly temperature control unit comprises a turn-off enable control circuit, a temperature detecting circuit, an error amplification-comparison-compensation unit, a TEC voltage/current limitation circuit, a TEC voltage/current detecting circuit, and a TEC differential voltage driver. The method and device are simple and flexible, implements a precise control of the wavelength, and also considers an adjustment function of the wavelength.
