The present disclosure provides a system and method for couch position calibration. The method may include obtaining one or more first images of a couch at one or more first locations in a first device, each of the one or more first images corresponding to one of the one or more first locations, wherein the couch includes a mark, and the mark intersects a first reference plane of the first device at a plurality of first points of the mark; determining, in each of the one or more first images, a first position of a representation of each of the plurality of first points; obtaining correlation information between the first position and actual position of each of the plurality of first points; and determining one or more calibration images based on the correlation information and the one or more first images.

Systems and methods for generating calibration images for couch position calibration

A radiotherapy system is provided. The radiotherapy system may include a treatment component, an imaging component, and a table being movable between the treatment component and the imaging component along a first direction in a first coordinate system. The table may have a plurality of cross sections perpendicular to the first direction. The table may include a positioning line that extends along the first direction and have a positioning feature. The positioning feature may have a plurality of feature values. Each feature value may correspond to one of the plurality of cross sections.

Radiotherapy treatment table and systems and methods using the same

The present disclosure provides a method for processing projection data. The method may include obtaining a first image generated by performing a first scan to a subject by a first imaging device; determining first projection data based on the first image, the first projection data corresponding to a first area of the subject; obtaining second projection data by performing a second scan of the subject using a second imaging device, the second projection data corresponding to a second area of the subject, the first area at least partially overlapping with the second area in an overlapping area; determining registered first projection data by registering the first projection data to the second projection data with respect to the overlapping area; determining scatter component based on the registered first projection data and the second projection data, the scatter component including low-frequency scattered radiation signals.

System and method for scatter correction

A method for correcting projection images in CT image reconstruction is provided. The method may include obtaining a plurality of projection images of a subject. Each of the plurality of projection images may correspond to one of the plurality of gantry angles. The method may further include correcting a first projection image of the plurality of projection images according to a process for generating a corrected projection image. The process may include performing, based on the first projection image and a second projection image of the plurality of projection images, a first correction on the first projection image to generate a preliminary corrected first projection image. The process may also include performing, based on at least part of the preliminary corrected first projection image, a second correction on the preliminary corrected first projection image to generate a corrected first projection image corresponding to the first gantry angle.

Systems and methods for correcting projection images in computed tomography image reconstruction

The present disclosure provides a system and method for X-ray imaging. The method of calculating scatter in an X-ray image may include forming a modulated X-ray image. The method of forming the modulated X-ray image may include acquiring X-rays through a collimator module and an imaged object in sequence to generate an X-ray image group; the acquisition may be performed during a movement of the collimator module in a first direction and the X-ray image group may include a plurality of X-ray images acquired at different times during the movement of the collimator; extracting sub-zones from the plurality of X-ray images in the X-ray image group; combining the sub-zones in the first direction to form the modulated X-ray image. In the present disclosure, an intensity distribution of the X-rays may be adjusted flexibly using a collimator without adding any extra hardware. In addition, scatter components in the X-ray images may be calculated to eliminate the scatter in the X-ray images finally.

System and method for X-ray imaging

A method for calibrating an alignment device includes obtaining one or more projection images of a phantom having one or more surface indicators, the one or more surface indicators indicating a first coordinate system relating to the phantom, an origin of the first coordinate system overlapping with a calibration point of the phantom. The method further includes determining a difference between the first coordinate system and a second coordinate system based on the one or more projection images, the second coordinate system being relating to a medical system. The method further includes adjusting the phantom to an updated state according to the difference between the first coordinate system and the second coordinate system such that the first coordinate system overlaps with the second coordinate system. The method also includes adjusting an alignment device according to the one or more surface indicators in the updated state.

Systems and methods for calibrating an alignment device

The disclosure relates to a system and method for calibrating a medical system. The method may include one or more of the following operations. Projection data of a phantom comprising a plurality of markers may be acquired from an imaging device, at a plurality of angles of a source of the imaging device. A plurality of projection matrices of a first coordinate system relating to the phantom and a transformation matrix between the first coordinate system and a second coordinate system relating to the imaging device may be determined based on the projection data of the phantom and coordinates of the plurality of markers in the first coordinate system. A plurality of projection matrices of the second coordinate system may be determined based on the plurality of projection matrices of the first coordinate system and the transformation matrix.

Method and system for calibrating an imaging system

The present disclosure is related to systems and methods for calibrating a radiation device. The method includes obtaining a plurality of images acquired at each of at least one source-to-image distance (SID) by the imaging device. The method includes determining, based on the plurality of images, at least one first projection position of a first axis of the collimator on the imaging device and at least one second projection position of a second axis of the radiation beam on the imaging device. The method includes determining, based on the at least one first projection position and the at least one second projection position, at least one offset distance between the first projection position and the second projection position. The method includes determining whether to calibrate the radiation device by comparing the at least one offset distance with a threshold.
