Disclosed by the present application is a method for producing methyl acetate by means of the carbonylation of dimethyl ether. The method comprises: passing dimethyl ether and a feed gas comprising carbon monoxide through a reactor loaded with a solid acid catalyst for reaction so as to produce methyl acetate, the molar ratio of carbon monoxide to dimethyl ether being 0.05:1-0.5:1. The described method has the advantages of a low molar ratio of carbon monoxide to dimethy1 ether, a high conversion rate of carbon monoxide, a small gas circulation amount, low operation costs and so on.

Method for producing methyl acetate by means of carbonylation of dimethyl ether

Provided are a molecular sieve catalyst, a preparation method therefor, an application thereof. The molecular sieve catalyst contains a modified Na-MOR molecular sieve, and the modification comprises: organic ammonium salt exchange, dealumination treatment, and ammonium ion exchange. The catalyst obtained by the method is used in dimethyl ether for one-step production of methyl acetate. The catalyst has high activity and stable performance, and the needs of industrial production can be satisfied.

Molecular sieve catalyst, preparation method therefor, and application thereof

A method for directly producing methyl acetate and/or acetic acid from syngas, carried out in at least two reaction zones, including: feeding a raw material containing syngas into a first reaction zone to contact and react with a metal catalyst; allowing an obtained effluent to enter a second reaction zone directly or after the addition of carbon monoxide so as to contact and react with a solid acid catalyst; separating the obtained effluent to obtain product of acetate and/or acetic acid, and optionally returning a residual part to enter the first reaction zone and/or the second reaction zone to recycle the reaction. By the method above, the product selectivity of the product of methyl acetate or acetic acid is greater than 93%, and the quantity of methyl acetate and acetic acid may be adjusted according to processing.

Method for directly producing methyl acetate and/or acetic acid from syngas

Provided is a method for directly preparing dimethyl ether by synthesis gas, the method comprises: the synthesis gas is passed through a reaction zone carrying a catalyst, and reacted under the reaction conditions sufficient to convert at least a portion of the raw materials to obtain the reaction effluent comprising dimethyl ether; and the dimethyl ether is separated from the reaction effluent, wherein the catalyst is zinc aluminum spinel oxide. In the present invention, only one zinc aluminum spinel oxide catalyst is used, which can make the synthesis gas to highly selectively form dimethyl ether, the catalyst has good stability and can be regenerated. The method of the present invention realizes the production of dimethyl ether in one step by the synthesis gas, and reduces the large energy consumption problem caused by step-by-step production.

Method for directly preparing dimethyl ether by synthesis gas

A method for directly preparing p-xylene from synthetic gas and aromatic hydrocarbon. Method for directly preparing p-xylene from synthetic gas and aromatic hydrocarbon

The present invention provides a method for preparing acrylic acid and methyl acrylate. The method comprises passing the feed gas containing dimethoxymethane and carbon monoxide through a solid acid catalyst to generate acrylic acid and methyl acrylate with a high conversion rate and selectivity at a reaction temperature in a range from 180 to 400 and a reaction pressure in a range from 0.1 MPa to 15.0 MPa, the mass space velocity of dimethoxymethane in the feed gas is in a range from 0.05 hto 10.0 h, and the volume percentage of dimethoxymethane in the feed gas is in a range from 0.1% to 95%.

Method for preparing acrylic acid and methyl acrylate

A catalyst for synthesizing aromatic hydrocarbons, a preparation method thereof and a method for synthesizing aromatic hydrocarbons by using the catalyst. The catalyst comprises acidic molecular sieve particles and zinc-aluminum composite oxide particles. The catalyst has relatively high selectivity to aromatic hydrocarbons, particularly BTX, stable performance, and a long single-pass life.

Catalyst for synthesizing aromatic hydrocarbons and preparation method therefor

Disclosed is a method for preparing aromatic hydrocarbons, particularly relates to the preparation of the aromatic hydrocarbons by passing methanol and carbon monoxide through a reactor loaded with an acidic ZSM-5 molecular sieve catalyst containing no metal additive under reaction conditions. Compared with the prior art, the method provided by the present invention can improve and stabilize the selectivity to aromatic hydrocarbons, particularly BTX, by adding carbon monoxide in methanol aromatization, and also prolongs the single-pass life of the catalyst. The performance of an inactivated catalyst is not significantly degraded after repeated regenerations. Furthermore, the catalyst preparation process omits the step of adding a metal additive, so that not only the process is simplified, but also costs are greatly reduced, and environmental protection is facilitated.

The present invention provides a method for directly preparing glycol dimethyl ether and co-producing ethylene glycol from ethylene glycol monomethyl ether. More specifically, the method comprises passing a feedstock containing a raw material of ethylene glycol monomethyl ether and a carrier gas through a reactor loaded with a solid acid catalyst to produce glycol dimethyl ether and ethylene glycol, at a reaction temperature range from 40&#xb0; C. to 150&#xb0; C. and a reaction pressure range from 0.1 MPa to 15.0 MPa; wherein a carrier gas is an optional inactive gas; and the feedstock contains water whose volume concentration in the feedstock is in a range from 0% to 95%; and the weight hourly space velocity of the raw material of ethylene glycol monomethyl ether is in a range from 0.05 hto 5.0 h; and the volume concentration of the raw material of ethylene glycol monomethyl ether in the feedstock is in a range from 1% to 100%; and the volume concentration of the carrier gas in the feedstock is in a range from 0% to 99%. In the method of the present invention, using a solid acid as a catalyst and ethylene glycol monomethyl ether as a raw material, under a low temperature condition, glycol dimethyl ether and ethylene glycol are prepared directly with high selectivity; moreover, there is substantially or completely no production of by-product 1,4-dioxane that causes pollution to the environment and is harmful to the human body or animal bodies.

Method for directly preparing glycol dimethyl ether and co-producing ethylene glycol from ethylene glycol monomethyl ether

The present application provides a method for preparing acetal carbonyl compound used as an intermediate for producing ethylene glycol, which comprises a step in which a raw material acetal and a raw gas carbon monoxide go through a reactor loaded with a catalyst containing an acidic microporous silicoaluminophosphate molecular sieve, for carrying out a carbonylation reaction. In the method of the present invention, the conversion rate of the raw material acetal is high, and the selectivity of acetal carbonylation is high, and the catalyst life is long, and no additional solvent is needed in the reaction process, and the reaction condition is relatively mild, and the process is continuous, showing the potential for industrial application. Moreover, the product of acetal carbonyl compound can be used for producing ethylene glycol by hydrogenation followed by hydrolysis.

The present invention provides a method for preparing acetic acid by carbonylation of methanol, which comprises: passing a raw material containing methanol, carbon monoxide and water through a reaction region loaded with a catalyst containing an acidic molecular sieve with an adsorbed organic amine, and carrying out a reaction under the following conditions to prepare acetic acid. This invention provides a new process to realize the preparation of ethylene glycol by hydrolyzing ethylene glycol monomethyl ether. And in the method, the catalyst has long life and good stability.

The present invention provides a method for producing methyl acetate, and the method comprises a step in which dimethyl ether and a raw gas containing carbon monoxide and hydrogen go through a reactor loaded with a catalyst for carrying out a carbonylation reaction; wherein the catalyst contains an acidic EMT zeolite molecular sieve. The present invention has provided a new method for producing methyl acetate. In the method of the present invention, the carbonylation is carried out in the presence of the catalyst containing the acidic EMT zeolite molecular sieve, and the reaction activity is high, and the stability has been significantly improved, meeting the requirement of industrial production.
