A display panel and a display device are provided, and the display panel includes an array substrate. The array substrate includes a plurality of pixel circuits, a plurality of reference signal lines and a plurality of pixel connecting semiconductor portions. The plurality of pixel circuits is arranged in an array in a row direction and a column direction, each pixel circuit includes a pixel driving semiconductor portion which includes two fixed potential nodes, and the row direction intersects the column direction. The fixed potential nodes are electrically connected to at least one of the plurality of reference signal lines. Two fixed potential nodes adjacent in a first direction are electrically connected by one of the plurality of the pixel connecting semiconductor portions, and the first direction is parallel to a plane where the array substrate is located.

The display panel includes a substrate, a display device disposed on the substrate, and a touch control device, disposed on a side of the display device away from the substrate. The touch control device includes a bridge layer, an insulation layer, and a touch control electrode layer; the bridge layer includes a plurality of bridge electrodes; and the touch control electrode layer includes touch control electrodes. A touch control electrode includes a touch control electrode portion, where along a direction perpendicular to a plane of the display panel, the touch control electrode portion at least partially overlaps a bridge electrode. The touch control electrode portion includes a plurality of touch control metal portions formed in a metal grid shape and electrically connected with each other; and the bridge electrode includes a plurality of bridge metal portions.

The display panel includes multiple sub-pixels disposed on a side of a base substrate and multiple first electrode connecting pieces and second electrode connecting pieces. Each sub-pixel includes a pixel driving circuit and an LED element. At least part of adjacent rows of sub-pixels are provided with multiple spare LED element setting regions, the spare LED element setting regions being disposed on at least one side of each row of sub-pixels, and/or at least part of adjacent columns of sub-pixels are provided with the multiple spare LED element setting regions, the spare LED element setting regions being disposed on at least one side of each column of sub-pixels. Two adjacent sub-pixels on two sides of a spare LED element setting region are respectively a first sub-pixel and a second sub-pixel. The first electrode connecting piece electrically connected to the first sub-pixel and the first electrode connecting piece electrically connected to the second sub-pixel both extend to the spare LED element setting region between the first sub-pixel and the second sub-pixel and are insulated from each other. The spare LED element setting region is further provided with a spare second electrode connecting piece.

The first potential adjustment module and the second potential adjustment module are configured to adjust a potential of a second node at a second stage and at a third stage, causing the comparison module to output a first control signal and a second control signal to the light emission control module at the second stage and at the third stage, respectively. The light emission control module is configured to control the light emission control module to be turned off and turned on according to the first control signal and the second control signal, respectively.

Each touch signal line includes straight-line portions and fold-line portions. Two adjacent straight-line portions are connected by one fold-line portion. Any straight-line portion is parallel to long axes of strip-like electrodes in sub-pixels in a same row. Extension lines of fold-line portions intersect long axes of strip-like electrodes. Orthographic projections of fold-line portions on the substrate overlap orthographic projections of scan lines on the substrate. Fold-line portions are not perpendicular to scan lines.
