The present invention discloses a high-strength prestressed composite ceramic and a preparation method thereof, and belongs to a ceramic reinforcing technology in the field of high-performance structural ceramics. Firstly, more than two kinds of bondable ceramics need to be determined to form a composite ceramic of a matrix material and a surface layer material, the matrix material should have sufficient strength and a higher expansion coefficient, and the surface layer material should have a lower expansion coefficient and a higher elastic modulus, realizing the balance of the surface layer compressive stress and the matrix tensile stress are formed after high-temperature co-sintering; and the surface layer compressive stress can greatly improve the bending strength of the composite ceramic. The magnitude of the compressive stress can be adjusted by optimizing the section ratio of the two materials of the cross sections, the surface prestress is designed to be more than the strength value of the surface layer material for the given two materials, and the section ratio is determined through deduction and calculation of a prestress calculation formula. The composite ceramic with prestress can be obtained after sintering greatly improving the strength. The present invention solves the current problem of difficulty in improving the strength of structural ceramics and has good practical value.

A corona probe and an atmospheric electric field detector analyzes and obtains, based on spin angular velocity information of a rocket and inclination attitude information of the rocket that are provided by a gravity gyroscope, accurate strength of a three-dimensional electric field and accurate polarity of a charge in the thunderstorm cloud. A charge-neutralizing agent module externally releases a charged agent whose polarity is opposite to the charge in the thunderstorm cloud, to consume the charge in the thunderstorm cloud via neutralization between a heterocharge carried by the charged agent and the charge in the thunderstorm cloud.

A method for analyzing signal irregularity of radiation in a lightning leader is provided, which relates to a field of lightning signal processing and includes: S: acquiring electric field signals; S: dividing the electric field signals into multiple segments according to time, and calculating an average sample entropy value of each segment of the electric field signals; S: dividing the multiple segments of electric field signals into three regions according to the time, quantifying irregularity of radiation of the three regions in the leader according to sample entropies and performing classification based on numerical variation characteristics of the irregularity; S: comparing the classified data with lightning positioning data to form an analysis database; and S: acquiring real-time electric field signals, calculating average sample entropy values of the electric field signals, and predicting development characteristics of irregular radiation in the lightning leader.

The light collecting device converges induced plasma scattered light into an optical fiber and transmits the induced plasma scattered light to an external spectrograph; and the external spectrograph divides a spectrum formed by the plasma to obtain spectral strength data of different wavelengths.
