Systems and methods for a hybrid system-on-chip usable for predicting performance and power requirements of a host server include a big cores module, including central processing units, for receiving and pre-processing performance and power metrics data of the host server and to allocate computing resources, a small cores module, including massively parallel processing units, for mapping each instance associated with host server in the performance and power metrics data to a corresponding massively parallel processing unit based on the allocated computing resources for a per-instance metrics calculation, and an artificial intelligence (AI) accelerator for calculating performance and power prediction results based on the per-instance calculations from the small cores module.

Hybrid system-on-chip for power and performance prediction and control

A method and a system provide regional content to users by associating data files with geographical properties and matching the geographical property of a data file with the geographical property of the user. The system extracts geographical information from a data file, and associates the data file with a source geographical property corresponding to the extracted geographical information according to a geographical information database. Upon obtaining a user geographical property of a user, the system provides the data file to the user if the source geographical property matches the user geographical property. The method and the system may be implemented using a geographical name lexicon or a geographical name suffix lexicon.

Providing regional content by matching geographical properties

A method determines core geographical information in a document by computing a score for each geographical name found in the document. The computation of the score uses the appearance frequency of the respective geographical name and positional weights assigned to various types of appearance positions of the geographical name in the document. The system determines the core geographical information in the document based on the scores of the geographical names found in the document. The method may further compute aggregated scores of geographical regions related to the geographical names and determine the core geographical information using both the aggregated scores of geographical regions and the scores of individual geographical names to increase accuracy.
