An apparatus of solar cell module is provided. The apparatus is large-scaled. A supporting frame is combined with solar cell modules. Thus, the present invention can be easily installed; material cost is saved; and the cost spent on adjusting levelness of the solar cell modules can be reduced.

Apparatus of large-scaled solar cell module

A method is provided to track the sun. An omnidirectional sensor is used for acquiring sun's position. The sensor can track sun's position in an omnidirectional way. A controller is also provided to control the tracking. When the sun shines strongly, the sensor is controlled to track the sun's position. When the sun does not shine strongly, the tracking is stopped. Thus, the cost for tracking the sun's position is reduced and accuracy of the tracking is enhanced.

Omnidirectional sun position sensing device with a plurality of optical sensors

A sun-locating apparatus includes a substrate, a mounting unit, a photo-detecting unit, an optical element and a cover. The mounting unit is provided on the substrate and formed with an upper aperture and a lower aperture in communication with the upper aperture. The photo-detecting unit is located in the lower aperture. The photo-detecting unit includes at least four photodiodes. The optical element is provided on the mounting unit for covering the upper aperture. The cover is provided on the substrate for covering the mounting unit, the photo-detecting unit and the optical element.

Sun-tracking system

A solar tracker includes a sunlight-detecting unit, a control unit, a first motor and a second motor. The sunlight-detecting unit detects the position of the sun. Based on the position of the sun, the control unit instructs the first motor to rotate a solar cell array and the second motor to tilt the solar cell array.

Solar tracker

A sun-tracking apparatus has a photo sensor. The apparatus can precisely track the sun. The apparatus uses two tracking modes for different conditions and weathers. By doing so, a maximum power efficiency is obtained.
