An integrated power electronics assembly module includes a power unit and a clamping auxiliary circuit board. The power unit includes a power level circuit board and a shielding casing. The power level circuit board is contained in the shielding casing. The clamping auxiliary circuit board is disposed against the shielding casing and stacked with the power level circuit board to reduce a parasitic inductance generated by a commutation loop constituted by the power level circuit board and the clamping auxiliary circuit board. The clamping auxiliary circuit board is electrically coupled to the power level circuit board via the shielding casing.

Integrated power electronics assembly module

A converter includes a first bridge arm, a second bridge arm, two switch units and a voltage clamp circuit. The first bridge arm includes a first switch unit and a second switch unit that are electrically coupled in series at an output terminal. The second bridge arm includes two voltage sources that are electrically coupled in series at a neutral point terminal. The two switch units are electrically coupled in series at a common connection terminal, and are arranged between the neutral point terminal and the output terminal. The voltage clamp circuit is electrically coupled to the output terminal, the common connection terminal, the neutral point terminal, and one of a positive input terminal or a negative input terminal, and the circuit is shared by the two switch units to clamp voltages across the two switch units.

A method for detecting an output impedance angle of an inverter includes controlling an inverter to output a second voltage signal and a current signal based on a first voltage signal; receiving the signals, and calculating and outputting first and second active powers, and first and second reactive powers using the signals; calculating and outputting third and fourth active powers, and third and fourth reactive powers based on the first and second active powers, the first and second reactive powers, and the predetermined impedance angle; determining whether the amplitude is a constant value; if so, determining whether an absolute value of the first differential value of the third and fourth reactive powers is less than a first power reference value; if so, the impedance angle outputted from the inverter is the impedance angle; if not, setting the impedance angle as the predetermined impedance angle plus or minus the compensation angle.

Detecting device and detecting method for detecting output impedance angle of inverter

A method for controlling modulation wave and a three-phase three-wire three-level circuit are provided. The method for controlling modulation wave is applied in the three-phase three-wire three-level circuit. Three bridge arms of the three-phase three-wire three-level circuit correspond to three modulation waves. The three-phase three-wire three-level circuit is controlled by comparing said three modulation waves and a carrier wave. The method for controlling modulation wave includes: obtaining a primary modulation wave from said modulation waves based on currents corresponding to each phase of the three-phase three-wire three-level circuit; and adding a shifting quantity to said three modulation waves such that the primary modulation wave is shifted to a peak value, a valley value, or a middle value between the peak value and the valley value of the carrier wave.

Method for controlling modulation wave and three-phase three-wire three-level circuit

A converter includes a first bridge arm and a voltage clamping unit. The first bridge arm includes a first switching unit. The voltage clamping unit is coupled to the first bridge arm, and includes a first charging branch and a second charging branch. The first charging branch is configured to have a first resonant frequency, to absorb a first spike of the first switching unit. The second charging branch is configured to have a second resonant frequency to absorb a second spike of the first switching unit.

A detecting method for detecting an output impedance angle of an inverter includes controlling an inverter to output a second voltage signal and a current signal based on a first voltage signal; calculating an active power and reactive power based on the second voltage signal and the current signal; and calculating an output impedance angle of the inverter based on the product of the active power and a first amplitude parameter, the product of the active power and a second amplitude parameter, the product of the reactive power and the first amplitude parameter, and the product of the reactive power and the second amplitude parameter. The first amplitude parameter corresponds to a first amplitude of the first voltage signal, and the second amplitude parameter corresponds to the first amplitude of the first voltage signal and a second amplitude of an AC voltage.

Inverter control device is provided. First correcting-signal providing unit of the inverter control device provides a signal reflecting an active power correcting signal. Active power control unit of the inverter control device generates an angle control signal reflecting an output voltage phase of an inverter. Second correcting-signal providing unit of the inverter control device provides a signal reflecting a reactive power correcting signal. Reactive power control unit of the inverter control device generates a control signal reflecting an output voltage amplitude of the inverter. Processing unit of the inverter control device receives a feedback signal reflecting an output current of the inverter, a feedback signal reflecting an output voltage of the inverter, the angle control signal, and the control signal, and outputs a signal reflecting the active power of the inverter, a signal reflecting the reactive power of the inverter, and a voltage command signal.

Control signal generating system and inverter control device thereof for improving grid stability

A power storage module and a power storage device are disclosed. The power storage module and the power storage device include a DC/AC converter, a first power storage element, a second power storage element and at least one DC/DC converter. The first power storage element is coupled to the DC side of the DC/AC converter to form a first power storage branch. The second power storage element is coupled to the DC side of the DC/AC converter to form a second power storage branch. The DC/DC converter is disposed on the first power storage branch or the second power storage branch.

The present disclosure discloses a converter system, which at least includes the first and second back-to-back converters. The first back-to-back converter includes a first rectifier module and a first inverter module. The first rectifier module is used to convert a first AC voltage to a first DC voltage. The first inverter module is used to convert the first DC voltage to a second AC voltage. The second back-to-back converter includes a second rectifier module and a second inverter module. The second rectifier module is used to convert the first AC voltage to a second DC voltage. The second inverter module is used to convert the second DC voltage to the second AC voltage. The converter system can suppress the circular current through the synchronous operation of the first and second rectifiers or the synchronous operation of the first and second inverters.

A starter of the grid-connected inverter and a control method thereof are disclosed. The starter comprises a controller, and a first switch and a first resistor connected in parallel. The controller includes an input end, and first and second output ends. The input end inspects the DC voltage signal from the inverter. When the DC voltage exceeds a predetermined voltage threshold, the first output end sends a first control signal to turn on the first switch, and the second output end sends a second control signal to make the grid-connected inverter enter into a chopping mode. There is a delay period between the send time of the first control signal and that of the second control signal.

Starter of grid-connected inverter and control method thereof

A control method for a first synchronous rectifier and a second synchronous rectifier in a switching power converter is presented. The switching power converter includes a transformer, and a first switching device and a second switching device connected in series and in parallel with an input voltage source. The first synchronous rectifier is connected with a low end of a secondary winding of the transformer. The second synchronous rectifier is connected with a high end of the secondary winding of said transformer. The first switching device is connected with a high end of the input voltage source, and the second switching device is connected with a low end of the input voltage source. The control includes the steps of driving the first switching device to an on state and the second switching device to an off state; and driving the second synchronous rectifier to an off state after the second switching device has been driven to an on state, such that a power is delivered from the primary winding to the secondary winding.
