The present application relates to the field of error detection technology. An error detection method and a robot system are provided. The error detection method includes: obtaining a target pose of an end of an operating arm; acquiring a positioning image; recognizing, in the positioning image, a plurality of pose identifications located on the end of the operating arm; recognizing, based on the plurality of pose identifications, an angle identification located on the end of the operating arm, the angle identification having a position association relationship with a first pose identification of the plurality of pose identifications; determining, based on the angle identification and the plurality of pose identifications, an actual pose of the end of the operating arm; and generating, in response to the target pose and the actual pose meeting an error detection condition, a control signal related to a fault.

The nucleic acid amplification blocker is an oligonucleotide modified by locked nucleic acid (LNA), and the matching region of the nucleic acid amplification blocker is located between amplified sequences. The nucleic acid amplification blocker is completely complementary to wild-type gene sequence, and contains at least one mismatch with mutant sequence. The present invention provides super-hydrophobic fabrics and a preparation method thereof, and belong to the field of textiles. The super-hydrophobic fabrics are obtained by finishing Pickering emulsion formed by amphiphilic particles stabilizing low-surface-energy substances in water. Via a one-step finishing method using Pickering emulsion technology, facile preparation of durable super-hydrophobic fabrics is realized. The static contact angle between the finished fabric surfaces and water droplets is greater than 150 degrees, and the water droplets can roll off easily; and after being subjected to 30 times of standard washing tests, the finished fabrics still maintains excellent water repellency. In addition, the Pickering emulsion preparation and finishing process of the present invention are environmentally friendly, pollution-free, facile to operate and widely applicable.
