In an embodiment, a method for shaping a PWM signal includes: receiving an input PWM signal; generating an output PWM signal based on the input PWM signal by: when the input PWM signal transitions with a first edge of the input PWM signal, transitioning the output PWM signal with a first edge of the output PWM signal; and when the input PWM signal transitions with a second edge before the first edge of the output PWM signal transitions, delaying a second edge of the output PWM signal based on the first edge of the output PWM signal.

The present invention proposes directly reusing a millimeter-wave antenna module, which is designed so that this module also has an antenna function of a non-millimeter-wave module, while an individual module's own volume does not need to be increased, and the module itself does not need to have additionally-added antenna traces, that is, with the same volume, a function of non-millimeter-wave antenna(s) may be further added. Therefore, it obviously helps to avoid an increase of the device's volume and improve compactness of the system and system design.

The present disclosure discloses an antenna structure and an electronic device having the same. The antenna structure comprises a first antenna, a second antenna and a three-dimensional decoupling structure located on at least two planes, wherein the three-dimensional decoupling structure comprises a conductor, and at least part of the three-dimensional decoupling structure is located in a space between the first antenna and the second antenna. Compared with the prior art, the antenna structure and the electronic device having the same disclosed by the present disclosure can effectively achieve the antenna decoupling effect through the three-dimensional decoupling structure, so that the degradation degree of antenna performance due to coupling can be reduced, and meanwhile, the three-dimensional space of the system can be better utilized.

The embodiment of the present disclosure provides an antenna structure and an antenna array. The antenna structure comprises a first antenna component which comprises: a first three-dimensional antenna with one end grounded or connected with a reference potential; a single antenna port connected with the other end of the first three-dimensional antenna; and a first parasitic structure provided adjacent to the first three-dimensional antenna. A circuit includes a field effect transistor having a gate driven via a drive signal. The field effect transistor has a drain-source voltage drop indicative of the intensity of a current flowing in the current path through the field effect transistor. The circuit also includes a pair of sensing transistors that include a first sensing field effect transistor arranged with its drain and gate coupled with the drain and the gate of the field effect transistor, respectively, and a second sensing field effect transistor having a gate configured for receiving a replica of the drive signal. The second sensing field effect transistor is arranged with its current path in series with the current path of the first sensing field effect transistor. A sensing signal at a sensing node is indicative of the current intensity flowing in the current path of the field effect transistor.

The present invention discloses an integration module of millimeter-wave and non-millimeter-wave antennas, comprising a module carrier, one or more millimeter-wave antennas, one or more non-millimeter-wave antennas, and a radio frequency integrated circuit; the radio frequency integrated circuit is electrically connected to the millimeter-wave antenna(s); the radio frequency integrated circuit and the non-millimeter-wave antenna(s) are set in the same plane as or a space non-parallel with that of the module carrier. With the present invention, the height space on the side of a mobile communication device can be fully used, so that it is not necessary to occupy a large amount of horizontal area, thereby reducing the requirements of the antenna module for the overall size of the mobile communication device, and thus reducing cost and enhancing product competitiveness.

A class-D amplifier includes a signal processing block. The signal processing block generates a first processed signal representing a difference between a first differential signal and a second differential signal, when a duty cycle of the first differential signal is greater than that of the second differential signal. The signal processing block generates the first processed signal representing a reference DC level, when the duty cycle of the first differential signal is less than that of the second differential signal. A second processed signal representing a difference between the second differential signal and the first differential signal is generated when the duty cycle of the second differential signal is greater than that of the first differential signal, and the second processed signal representing the reference DC level is generated when the duty cycle of the second differential signal is less than that of the first differential signal.

High efficiency class D amplifier with reduced generation of EMI

Limiting clipping in an amplifier is accomplished in the feedback loop of a class D PWM amplifier that includes an integrator coupled to an input node and configured to generate an integrated input signal such that a comparator may then generate a PWM signal for driving an amplifier output stage based on a comparison to a triangle wave signal. To this end, the amplifier also includes a threshold signal generator for generating high and low voltage thresholds based on the triangle wave signal to be used to engage compensation circuits for limiting the overall amplification. Such compensation circuits may be bipolar junction transistors that are disposed in the feedback loop of the integrator. Thus, the overall bandwidth of the amplifier itself is not affected by adding a limiter circuit aimed at reducing clipping.
