The present invention relates to an instrument for band coupling between spinous processes that comprises: a needle unit that is inserted through a cutaway insertion portion of a patient's abdomen and is discharged through a cutaway discharge portion of the abdomen while passing between a spinous process protruding from the spine and a neighboring spinous process; and a band unit that is detachably coupled to an end portion of the needle unit and has a predetermined level of tension, the band unit being disposed between the spinous process and the neighboring spinous process, outside the spinous process, and outside the neighboring spinous process to secure the spinous process and the neighboring spinous process together. Thanks to the relatively cheap and simple configuration, it is possible to effectively conduct a procedure irrespective of proficiency, acquire an optimal procedure result, and cope with various patients' body types. In addition, the instrument can be maintained to be firmly secured after a procedure and can allow a micro-motion, thereby providing a state similar to the original spine to a patient.

Instrument for band coupling between spinous processes

Disclosed herein is an intervertebral tensional artificial disc replacement, insertable between adjacent vertebrae, which includes an inferior plate engaging with a lower vertebra and providing elastic force to an upper vertebra, and a superior plate seated on an upper portion of the inferior plate to engage with the upper vertebra, the superior plate being rotatable right and left within a certain angular range depending on rotation of the upper vertebra. Since the adjacent vertebrae are supported by elastic force, it is possible to prevent abrasion due to frequent friction between upper and lower bodies of the artificial disc replacement. In addition, the intervertebral artificial disc replacement can engage well with a spine and move well by locating the central axis of motion of the intervertebral artificial disc replacement at a rearward position, similar to the central axis of the body's spinal motion.

The present invention relates to an interspinous dynamic implant. Provided is an interspinous dynamic implant comprising: an upper plate which adheres to an upper spinous process; a lower plate which adheres to a lower spinous process; a movable part, coupled between the front portion of the upper plate and the front portion of the lower plate, for enabling the upper plate and the lower plate to move upwards, downwards, left and right within a certain range according to the movement of spinous processes; an upper spinous process coupling means for tightly coupling the upper plate to the upper spinous process; and a lower spinous process coupling means for tightly coupling the lower plate to the lower spinous process.
