An organic field-effect transistor and a fabrication method therefor, including: providing a gate; depositing polymer material onto the gate to form a dielectric layer; performing supercritical fluids treatment on the gate having the dielectric layer deposited; depositing organic semiconductor layer material on the dielectric layer having been processed, to form an organic semiconductor layer; depositing electrode layer material on the organic semiconductor layer and forming an electrode layer. The dielectric properties of the dielectric layer after adopting the supercritical fluids treatment have been significantly improved. While the hysteresis effect of the dielectric layers in the OFET devices has been basically eliminated, the sub-threshold slope of the OFET is also significantly reduced, the carrier mobility is effectively improved. Additionally, an OFET switching rate after being processed is improved, and, by connecting the LEDs in series, the switching rate of the LED is increased.

Organic field-effect transistor and fabrication method therefor

A high dielectric constant composite material and method for preparing organic thin film transistor using the material as dielectric. The method includes: using sol-gel method, hydrolyzing terminal group-containing silane coupling agent to form functional terminal group-containing silica sol, cross-linked with organic polymer to form composite sol as material of dielectric of organic thin film transistor; forming film by solution method such as spin coating, dip coating, inkjet printing, 3D printing, etc., forming dielectric after curing; preparing semiconductor and electrode respectively to prepare organic thin film transistor device, which, based on composite dielectric material, has mobility of 5 cm2/V&#xb7;s, exceeding that of using SiO2, having low threshold voltage and no hysteresis effect. Compared with traditional processes like SiO2 thermal oxidation, above method has advantages of simple process, low cost, suitable for large-area preparation, with great market application value.

High dielectric constant composite material and application thereof

The present invention provides a planar electroluminescence (EL) device comprising a substrate layer, an electrode layer, a light emitting layer, and a modulating layer, wherein the electrode layer comprises a plurality of electrodes arranged on a same level over the substrate layer, and there is no contact between adjacent electrodes. In one embodiment, the device further comprises a hole injection layer (HIL), a hole transport layer (HTL), an electron injection layer (EIL) and an electrode transport layer (ETL). In one embodiment, the light emitting layer comprises organic light emitting polymers or organic light emitting molecules. The device of the present invention would emit light when liquid, polar component, or conductive solution is written directly on the light emitting layer. In one embodiment, the device can emit light for prolonged period when the light emitting layer is coated or deposited with conductive material.

Planar electroluminescent devices and uses thereof

A method for preparing suspension polymerization toner of core-shell structure comprises following steps: 1) preparing a monomer oil phase containing a certain amount of polar resin forming toner soft core resin and aqueous dispersion liquid respectively; 2) adding the monomer oil phase into the aqueous dispersion liquid, transferring a mixture into a reactor after high-speed shearing and suspension granulation, and carrying out a first heating polymerization reaction to obtain toner particles of soft-core hard-shell structure; 3) taking the toner particles of soft-core hard-shell structure as a core layer, adding a cationic monomer component, and carrying out a second polymerization reaction through a water-soluble initiator to obtain the toner particles of soft-core hard-shell structure with dense charge surface layers uniformly distributed on outer surfaces; and 4) cleaning, filtering, and sufficiently drying a preceding product, and then adding silicon dioxide.

Suspension polymerization toner of a core-shell structure with dense charges comprises core-shell composite particles prepared by mixing suspension dispersion liquid of toner core particles with shell monomer emulsion and resin-type CCA dispersion liquid, and carrying out a polymerization reaction to form rigid shell layers with dense charges coated on the soft toner core particles. A preparation method thereof comprises: mixing a low-Tg monomer oil phase forming toner core particles with aqueous dispersion liquid, carrying out a heating polymerization reaction after suspension granulation to convert monomer oil droplet particles to polymer particles, and obtaining soft toner core particles; adding a high-Tg shell monomer forming rigid shell layers into water containing a surfactant to form emulsion, adding the emulsion and CCA dispersion liquid into suspension dispersion liquid of the soft toner core particles for second polymerization after mixing, and cleaning, filtering, drying and performing additive treatment.

Suspension polymerization toner of core-shell structure with positive charges comprises core-shell composite particles prepared by mixing composition forming toner core particles with aqueous dispersion liquid, carrying out a heating polymerization reaction to obtain suspension dispersion liquid of toner soft core particles, and carrying out a water-based polymerization reaction to form the core-shell composite particles of which an outer surface of the toner core particles are coated with the rigid shell layer with dense positive charges.
