An electric motor includes a rotor with a rotor shaft mounted in at least one bearing bush of a friction bearing, a stator which surrounds the rotor, and at least one circular bearing plate which, relative to the rotor shaft, is mounted on the rotor shaft for co-rotation. An inner contour of the bearing plate surrounds a circumference of the rotor shaft by press-fit. The inner contour of the bearing plate is defined by at least two internal dimensions, wherein at least one internal dimension is smaller than the diameter of the rotor shaft. The at least one bearing plate is deformed in an axial direction when the bearing plate is in the pressed-in state on the rotor shaft.

Electric motor

A heater pump includes a motor and a pump assembly. The pump assembly includes a pump housing having an inlet and an outlet. An impeller and a heater are disposed within the pump housing. The heater includes a heater housing having an inner wall, an outer wall, a lower wall and an upper wall forming a heating chamber. A heating element is disposed within the heating chamber. The inner wall defines an inlet channel connecting the impeller with the inlet of the water pump. Water flowing through the pump is heated by contact with the heater housing and/or the heating element.

Heater pump

A direct current motor has a wound stator, a permanent magnet rotor having a commutator assembly, and brush gear. The brush gear has a first pole brush, a second pole brush and a plurality of commutating brushes. The commutator assembly has a cylindrical insulating base, and first and second members fixed to the base. The first member includes a radially extending first slip ring and a number of axially extending first bars. The second member includes a radially extending second slip ring and a number of axially extending second bars. The first and second pole brushes make continuous sliding contact with the first and second slip rings respectively. The first and second bars are fixed to the outer cylindrical surface of the base and form a cylindrical surface against which the commutating brushes make sliding contact.

Brush DC motor with permanent magnet rotor

A brush direct current motor has a first connecting portion and a second connecting portion for respectively connecting the positive and negative electrode of a direct current power source, a stator having a number of coils corresponding to N phases, a rotor, a current converting device and a spark suppression circuit. The spark suppression circuit has N branches. Each branch comprises a first diode and a second diode, the cathode of the first diode and the anode of the second diode are respectively connected to the first connecting portion and the second connecting portion, the anode of the first diode and the cathode of the second diode are connected to a corresponding phase.

Electric motor with spark suppression circuit

A brush direct current motor has a stator with a plurality of coils that correspond to a number of stator windings, a rotor with a number of poles, and a commutator. The commutator is connected to a first terminal of a direct current power source to convert the power into N phase alternating current. One end of each stator winding is connected to a respective phase of the alternating current via a brush and the other ends of the stator windings are connected to the second terminal of the direct current power source.

Brushed direct current electric motor with salient pole rotor

A heating pump includes a motor, a housing fixed to the motor, an impeller driven by the motor and received in the housing, and a tubular heating member fixed in the housing. The housing includes an intake tube and a discharge port arranged at the periphery of the intake tube. The impeller includes an inlet communicating with the intake tube and a plurality of outlets around the inlet. The outlets communicate with the discharge port via a first passage surrounded by the heating member. A second passage, which communicates with the first passage, is formed between a radially outer surface of the heating member and a radially inner surface of the housing.
