A surface-treated ceramic powder includes a plurality of ceramic particles and a surface-treating material. Each of the ceramic particles is at least partially coated by the surface-treating material, wherein the ceramic particles have an average particle diameter ranging from 10 micrometer (&#x3bc;m) to 100 &#x3bc;m, and the surface-treating material is made of metal, metal oxide or the combination thereof.

Surface-treated ceramic powder and applications thereof

An osteo-implant including two end portions, at least one middle structure, and a plurality of connection portions is provided. The middle structure is disposed between the two end portions and includes a plurality of middle portions. The middle portions are connected to the two end portions through the connection portions. When the two end portions are moved relatively along an axial direction of the osteo-implant, the two end portions drive the middle portions to push with each other and have displacements along a radial direction of the osteo-implant through the connection portions, such that an outer diameter of the osteo-implant is increased by the middle portions.

A field emission display device includes three parts: a cathode emitter unit, an electron amplification unit, and a faceplate unit. The primary emission of electrons emitted from the cathode emitter unit bombards an electrode layer that includes an electron amplification material in order to generate secondary emissions of electrons. The secondary emissions of electrons bombard a light-emitting layer of the faceplate unit to generate fluorescence. Then, the fluorescence is transmitted through a transparent faceplate for viewing.

Field emission display device

A field emitting luminous device is disclosed. The device includes a cathode electron emitting unit, an electron amplifying unit, a panel unit, and an electric power supply unit. The primary electrons emitted from the cathode electron emitting unit hit the electron amplifying material on the electrode surface of the electron amplifying unit, generating amplified secondary electrons. The secondary electrons bombard the light-emitting layer of the panel unit, producing fluorescence. The fluorescence penetrates the upper transparent panel and is thus observed by eyes.
