A method for operating a pump assembly, wherein the pump assembly has at least one first drive means for conveying a fluid and an electric motor for driving the first drive means, the electric motor comprising at least one stator and one rotor, the rotor being connected at least to the first drive means via a driveshaft. The electric motor draws power at least: i. in order to heat the rotor by means of induction; or ii. in order to drive the rotor, the driveshaft and the first drive means so that these components rotate about a common rotation axis at a speed of more than '' revolutions per minute.

Method for operating a pump assembly

An electric motor, at least having a stator and an annular rotor which are arranged next to one another along an axial direction; wherein the stator has a plurality of stator teeth which are arranged next to one another along a circumferential direction and which each extend along the axial direction At least one coil has at least one turn is arranged on each stator tooth, wherein the at least one turn is electrically conductively connected to a printed circuit board. The printed circuit board is arranged on an end side of the stator and next to the stator along the axial direction. The printed circuit board comprises a plurality of electrical connecting lines via which the at least one turn of each coil is connected at least to other turns or to an electrical connection of the motor.

An electric motor, comprising at least a stator, which extends between a first end face and a second end face along an axial direction and has an annular yoke on the first end face and starting from the yoke a plurality of cores, which each extend along the axial direction over a first length to the second end face and are arranged adjacent to one another along a circumferential direction, wherein a coil is arranged on each core, which coil extends starting from the yoke along the axial direction over a second length toward the second end face. The second length is shorter than the first length, so that a portion of each core extends along the axial direction beyond the coil concerned. Electric motor and method for operating an electric motor

An electric motor having a rotor with an axis of rotation and an annular stator surrounding the rotor, the stator extending along an axial direction parallel to the axis of rotation and having a first end face and a second end face pointing in opposite axial directions. The stator has exactly two stator teeth extending from an annular circumferential surface that runs between the end faces of the stator, in a radially inward direction to the rotor and facing one another in relation to the axis of rotation, a first stator slot and a second stator slot, which faces the first slot in relation to the axis of rotation, extending along the circumferential surface, between the stator teeth.

Electric motor

A method for operating an electric motor, the electric motor comprising at least one first stator with at least three coils and a rotor with at least two magnets, the first stator and the rotor being adjacently arranged in an axial direction, and the coils being adjacently arranged in a peripheral direction. The electric motor is operated at least in the following two states: a) in a first state, the coils are operated by respectively different phases of a three-phase current, and the rotor is rotated about an axis of rotation; and b) in a second state, the coils are operated by an equal-phase alternating current.

A rotor for an axial flux motor, a radial flux motor, or a transversal flux motor, has a rotational axis which extends along an axial direction. The rotor extends in an annular manner and has a plurality of permanent magnets along the circumferential direction, the magnetization of each magnet being oriented in the circumferential direction, wherein the permanent magnets are mutually spaced along the circumferential direction, and at least one soft magnetic composite as a first material is arranged between the permanent magnets.

Rotor for an axial flux motor, a radial flux motor, and a transversal flux motor

A claw pole stator for a transversal flux motor includes a multiplicity of segments positioned next to one another along a circumferential direction for the annular claw pole stator. Each segment extends from an inner circumferential surface along a radial direction to an outer circumferential surface and is delimited in the circumferential direction by a first side surface and a second side surface and in an axial direction by a first end surface and a second end surface. Each segment is connected by the side surfaces to at least one other segment to form the annular claw pole stator. Segments positioned adjacent each other contact each other by a first contact surface on the first side surface or by a second contact surface on the second side surface and due to the contact surfaces form a form-locking connection in the circumferential direction.
