A stator structure of a vehicle motor includes a stator core assembly and a plurality of coil assemblies composed of flat wires. The stator core assembly includes an annular portion and a plurality of tooth portions. The tooth portions extend from the annular portion in a radial direction toward a center of the stator core assembly. Each coil assembly is configured around a corresponding tooth portion. Each coil assembly includes a first flat wire and a plurality of second flat wires that are electrically connected in parallel. The first flat wire is radially stacked and wound around the corresponding tooth portion. The second flat wires are arranged radially adjacent to the first flat wire and are electrically connected in series to the first flat wire. The second flat wires are alternately stacked and radially wound around the corresponding tooth portion.

Vehicle motor stator structure

A motor stator has a core and first, second and third hairpin wires. The core has slots, an insertion side and an extension side. Each first hairpin wire has its first hairpin first leg inserted into a third layer of the slots and its first hairpin second leg inserted into a sixth layer of the slots. Each second hairpin wire has its second hairpin first leg inserted into a fourth layer of the slots and its second hairpin second leg inserted into a fifth layer of the slots. Each third hairpin wire has its third hairpin first leg inserted into a first layer of the slots and its third hairpin second leg inserted into a second layer of the slots. At the extension side, a plurality of immediately-adjacent hairpin legs are connected to form first and second winding sets.

Motor stator with winding configuration using hairpin wires

A motor stator structure includes a core and plural hairpin wires. The core has slots, an insertion side, and an extension side. Each slot has an innermost layer, a second inner layer, a second outer layer and an outermost layer configured in a radial direction of the core. The hairpin leg protruding from the innermost layer extends for a first span distance, the hairpin leg protruding from the second inner layer extends for a second span distance, the hairpin leg protruding from the second outer layer extends for a third span distance, and the hairpin leg protruding from the outermost layer extends for a fourth span distance. The first span distance is different from the second span distance. The third span distance is different from the fourth span distance. The first and fourth span distances are substantially the same. The second and third span distances are substantially the same.

Motor stator and forming method thereof

A stator is applied in an electrical motor. The stator includes a hollow iron core and a plurality of coil windings. The hollow iron core has two opposite surfaces and a plurality of accommodating spaces communicated with the surfaces. The accommodating spaces are arranged in an annular pattern. Each of the coil windings includes a plurality of wires winded via the accommodating spaces. Portions of the wires of the coil windings located in the accommodating spaces are radially concentrically arranged to form a plurality of winding layers. In at least one of the accommodating spaces, a wire cross-sectional area of the wire of the innermost one of the winding layers is smaller than a wire cross-sectional area of the wire of the outermost one of the winding layers.

Stator

A motor control system includes an electric motor and inverter. The electric motor includes a stator, rotor, and winding structure. The stator includes an iron core with a plurality of slots formed therein along a radial direction of the stator. The winding structure has a plurality of hairpin wires with pins disposed in the slots. The winding structure is configured to provide a plurality of phase windings and each phase winding includes a plurality of motor windings. The inverter includes a switching controller configured to control the turning-on and turning-off of the motor windings of each phase winding of the winding structure. When the electric motor operates in a high-speed mode, the switching controller controls the turning-on and turning-off of the motor windings of each phase winding such that a number of the phase windings turned-on is &#x2153; less than a number of all the phase windings.

Motor control system

A linear motor includes a case, a magnet assembly and a coil assembly. The case is disposed along a first direction. The magnet assembly includes at least two first magnets, among which the first magnets are disposed corresponding to and between two first magnetic yokes, respectively. The coil assembly includes a winding coil having an exposed portion, among which the exposed portion is extended along a second direction and disposed between the two first magnetic yokes, and the exposed portion is at least partially overlapped with the two first magnets in a third direction. As a result, the coil assembly and the case are driven to reciprocate along the first direction by the winding coil due to the magnetic force, thereby solving the magnetic disturbing issue, enhancing the driving force of the linear motor, and optimizing the mechanical rigidity.

A rotary motor includes a rotor and at least one stator. The rotor has a shaft. The stator has an iron core and a coil wound around the iron core. A cross section of the iron core perpendicular to the shaft has a long axis and a short axis, and the rotor is disposed on an extension line of the long axis.

Power apparatus having plural rotary motors

A shaft linear motor includes an armature portion, a magnetic way and a sealing resin. The armature portion includes a frame, two ribs and a bobbin. The frame is formed with a receiving space therein. The two ribs are disposed on an inner wall of the frame. The ribs are respectively formed with a sectional surface. The bobbin is disposed in the receiving space and formed with an axially penetrated hole. The magnetic way is linearly and movably disposed in the axially penetrated hole. The sealing resin is fully filled in the receiving space for wrapping the inner wall of the frame and the sectional surfaces.

Shaft linear motor with improved structural strength

A cooling jacket for cooling an electric motor is provided. The cooling jacket has one or more than one wave-shaped pipe, covering the electric motor, for conducting working fluid, wherein each wave-shaped pipe has a forwarding portion and a reversed portion, parallel to the axis of the electric motor, for conducting the working fluid to flow in opposite directions, wherein the forwarding portion includes at least two forwarding sub-pipes, and the reversed portion includes at least two reversed sub-pipes; and a turning portion, connected between the forwarding portion and the reversed portion.

Cooling jacket

A rotating machine is provided, including a rotor and a stator set. The rotor rotates around an axis, wherein the rotor includes a first permanent magnet set and a second permanent magnet set, the first permanent magnet set is magnetized in a circumference direction of the axis, and the second permanent magnet set is magnetized in an axial direction of the axis. The stator set corresponds to the rotor, wherein the stator set includes a radial stator member and an axial stator member, the axial stator member corresponds to the rotor in the axial direction of the axis, and the radial stator member corresponds to the rotor in a radial direction of the axis.

Rotating machine and rotor thereof

A magnetic-controlled actuator () with an auto-locking function for joints of a manipulation arm mainly includes an inner-layer stator (), an inner-layer mover (), an outer-layer mover (), an outer-layer stator (), and a fixing shaft (). The inner-layer mover (), the outer-layer mover (), and the outer-layer stator () have a plurality of permanent magnets, respectively. The fixed shaft () simultaneously penetrates through the inner-layer stator (), the inner-layer mover (), the outer-layer mover (), and the outer-layer stator () forming a coaxial arrangement. The inner-layer mover () rotates relatively to the inner-layer stator () to output power from the actuator (). Therefore, a cogging effect, which is produced due to interaction of the permanent magnets between the outer-layer mover () and the outer-layer stator (), is automatically produces a high cogging torque for the actuator (). Thus the actuator () provides a sufficient locking force to lock the non-stationary inner-layer mover () when a power failure occurs.

An encoder having an oil mist prevention structure includes: an encoding body including a cylindrical base, a light emitter and a secondary encoding piece; an oil-containing bearing received and fixed in the cylindrical base; a shaft penetrating the oil-containing bearing to protrude beyond an end surface of the bearing; a rotary disk fixed onto the shaft to cover one side of the secondary encoding piece; a light acceptor fixed to the cylindrical base to correspond to the light emitter and the secondary encoding piece, thereby receiving the signals emitted by the light emitter; and an oil mist prevention structure including a mask integrally formed with the shaft and exposed beyond an end surface of the bearing and a ring extending from the mask for covering an outer periphery of the bearing.

Encoder having oil mist prevention structure

An absolute-type encoder includes an absolute-type encoder wheel. The absolute-type encoder wheel includes a primary optical grating unit and two secondary optical grating units, wherein the two secondary optical grating units are arranged outside and inside the primary optical grating unit and contain one less optical grating than that of the primary optical grating unit. The encoder wheel is rotated to find a zero point in the light detection signal of the secondary optical grating unit, and a corresponding light detection value of the primary optical grating unit is also determined based on the zero point. The absolute position of the encoder wheel can be calculated with reference to the corresponding light detection value. The absolute-type encoder can also be used as an incremental-type encoder to provide more versatility.

Absolute-type encoder and method for detecting absolute position

A wire-saving optical encoder having servomotor identification information is applied to a wire-saving transmission design to provide a circuit and a method for processing servomotor identification information and encoded feedback control signals. With a microprocessor, a multiplexer and the servomotor identification information stored in the microprocessor, an output device and a driver for the feedback signals of the encoder constitute a wire-saving signal transmitting circuit. The microprocessor and multiplexer switch a signal transmission mode to transmit the servomotor identification information and phase change signal produced by the servomotor control parameters stored in a firmware by a serial output mode, and the same transmitting wire is used to transmit a rotor operating signal after the transmitting mode is switched, so as to save wires and lower costs for transmitting feedback signals and correctly identifying and effectively controlling a servomotor.

Wire-saving optical encoder having servomotor identification information

A rotary optical encoder is described to provide the pole position of the rotor in a permanently magnetized motor. Using a simple opening design of code tracks and two light sensors along with a corresponding processing circuit, only one additional code track is required on the code wheel to output phase-changing signals. Thus the rotary optical encoder with phase-changing signal with low cost and small size is implemented.
