A method, system and computer program product for providing a service to multiple tenants of an application. Responsive to receiving from a client of a tenant a request, a tenant context of the tenant is bound to the request. With respect to an access to an isolation point of the application in the request, the access to the isolation point is redirected to a partition based on the tenant context bound to the request. The partition may be pre-established for the tenant with respect to the application. Hence, it is possible to provide a multi-tenant solution in a convenient, fast, and cost-effective way, and, in turn, to achieve resource sharing to a greater extent and enhance the resource efficiency.

Providing services to multiple tenants of an application

A computer implemented method for locating isolation points in an application under multi-tenant environment includes scanning, using a computer device an application by using scanning rules, to obtain potential isolation points and relationships between the potential isolation points; specifying at least one isolation point among the potential isolation points; and screening an isolation point from the potential isolation points by using relationships between the specified at least one isolation point and the remaining potential isolation points.

It can implement collaboration between servlets located on different virtual machines or even servlets on the same virtual machine but within different servlet containers, because in a converged application service system, not only between HTTP servlets or between SIP servlets but also between HTTP servlets and SIP servlets there is necessity to collaborate.

Method and apparatus for enabling enterprise project management with service oriented resource and using a process profiling framework

Disclosed is a method and device for keeping persistency while switching between modalities, which include: (1) searching out the last operation state of the application service accessed by the user from the user history, in response to a request for accessing an application service from a user; (2) connecting to the application service and continuing to execute the application service from the last operation state; (3) updating the last operation state in the user history based on the execution result of the application service. A user could flexibly selects different favorable terminal to continue with unfinished application service by adopting the invention.

The present invention discloses a pluggable service delivery platform for supporting many devices to many services in an e-business application, comprising a device-platform interface, a service-platform interface and a platform kernel section. The service delivery platform of this invention is a flexible and scalable platform to easily 'plug' a new device and a new service, and the different parts of the platform are componentized. Any one of the components can be replaced by a 3party's products, providing they abide certain open interface like Java Servlet, LDAP, etc.
