The present invention relates to a composition for hair improvement, and more specifically to a composition for promoting hair growth, or preventing or treating hair loss, comprising a guanine derivative having no toxicity as an active ingredient. The composition has excellent effects of promoting hair growth and regenerating hair follicles, and thus can be effectively used in various fields such as pharmaceutical, food, feed, and cosmetic compositions for promoting hair growth, or preventing, treating, and improving hair loss.

Composition for promoting hair growth comprising a guanine derivative

The present invention relates to a guanidine compound and a use thereof, and more specifically, to a guanidine derivative showing excellent effects of inhibiting cancer cell proliferation, cancer metastasis, and cancer recurrence; a preparation method thereof; and a pharmaceutical composition containing the same as an active ingredient. Compared to existing drugs, the guanidine derivative according to the present invention shows excellent effects of inhibiting cancer cell proliferation, cancer metastasis, and cancer recurrence even with small doses, and may thus be effectively used in preventing or treating various cancers such as uterine cancer, breast cancer, stomach cancer, brain cancer, rectal cancer, colorectal cancer, lung cancer, skin cancer, blood cancer, liver cancer, etc., inhibiting cancer cell proliferation and cancer metastasis.

Oxazolidinone derivative and medical composition containing same

Provided are a method for preparing (R)-3-(3-fluoro-4-(1-methyl-5, 6-dihydro-1,2,4-triazin-4(1H)-yl)phenyl)-5-(substituted methyl) oxazolidin-2-one derivatives, which are oxazolidinone antibiotic compounds having a cyclic amidrazone group, represented by Chemical Formula 1, and intermediates thereof, and uses 3,4-difluoro-4-nitrobenzen as a starting material. According to the preparation method of the present invention, (R)-3-(3-fluoro-4-(1-methyl-5, 6-dihydro-1,2,4-triazin-4(1H)-yl)phenyl)-5-(substituted methyl) oxazolidin-2-one derivatives, which are useful as oxazolidinone antibiotics, can be prepared in high purity and high yield in a simpler manner than conventional methods.
