Provided is a fan control apparatus which includes: a first sensor; a second sensor; an RF fan; and a controller. The first sensor is provided in a first room, and is configured to acquire a measured value of at least one condition selected from conditions of atmospheric pressure, temperature, and humidity for the first room, the second sensor is provided in a second room adjacent to the first room, and is configured to acquire a measured value of the same condition as the at least one selected condition for the second room, the RF fan is placed at a boundary between the first and second rooms, and the controller is configured to control a rotational speed and rotational direction of the RF fan in such a manner that the measured values of the first and second sensors are the same.

Fan control apparatus and fan control method

A fan casing includes: an air duct communicating with an air inlet and outlet; a frame body forming an outer peripheral surface of the air duct; a hub portion forming an inner peripheral surface of the air duct on the outlet side; and a stator blade portion provided in the air duct, the stator blade portion coupling the frame body to the hub portion. The hub portion includes a cylindrical-shaped cylindrical portion and a tapered portion provided next to the cylindrical portion and provided in such a manner as to increase the width of the air duct toward the outlet. The stator blade portion couples the cylindrical portion to the frame body.

Fan casing and fan apparatus

A counter-rotating axial-flow fan may be controlled to improve both cooling efficiency and operating efficiency. A first motor and a second motor are started in a given starting mode. Then, if the temperature of an object to be cooled is higher than a given reference temperature, the rotational speed of the first motor and the rotational speed of the second motor are controlled in a predetermined cooling efficiency mode that gives priority to cooling the object to be cooled over the operating efficiency of the counter-rotating axial-flow fan. If the temperature of the object to be cooled is equal to or lower than the given reference temperature, the rotational speeds of the first and second motors are controlled in a predetermined operating efficiency mode that maintains the object to be cooled at a temperature equal to or lower than the given reference temperature and reduces the power consumption of the counter-rotating axial-flow fan.

Method of controlling counter-rotating axial-flow fan

A rotary electric machine such as a fan motor or the like capable of coupling a bearing holder and an insulator to each other without deteriorating accuracy of a diameter of an inner peripheral surface of the bearing holder on which bearings are held. The bearing holder and insulator are coupled to each other by a coupling structure, which is constituted by at least one recess formed on a forward end of the bearing holder and at least one projection provided on the insulator and tightly fitted in the recess. The projection and recess thus fitted together are concurrently heated at a peripheral portion thereof for deformation, resulting in being coupled to each other.
