A stator for an axial flux motor having a laminated stator core which is fastened to a flange, wherein the laminated stator core has a rear side which is interlockingly and frictionally fastened to a front side of the flange, and/or a cooling channel between the laminated stator core and the flange is formed in the region of the fastening. An axial flux motor is also provided having a rotor which is arranged between two stators, of which one or both are as described above.

An electric axial flow machine having a stator, a first rotor body arranged on a rotor shaft, a second rotor body arranged on the rotor shaft, and a displacement device arranged between the two rotor bodies and coupled thereto. The displacement device includes at least one spring device which acts on the first rotor body and the second rotor body against the magnetic attractive force between the rotor body and the stator. The spring device is configured such that a spring force characteristic is formed which runs above the magnetic force characteristic over the entire displacement path.

An electric radial flow machine having a stator, a rotor body connected to a rotor shaft, and a spring element which applies a spring force to the rotor body in the axial direction such that in a first operating position, the rotor body is held in an axial position in which the overlap between opposing surfaces of the rotor body and the stator is less than 100%. A displacement device with first and second displacement elements generates an axial movement between the rotor body and the stator against the spring force using a torque produced between the rotor shaft and the rotor body so that in the event of a rotation of the first displacement element relative to the second displacement element or vice versa, the rotor body is pushed on the rotor shaft axially against the spring force.

A disc rotor machine for a motor vehicle drive is disclosed that includes a disc-shaped stator. The stator has a plurality of core segments-, which are distributed in a circumferential direction and are rigidly connected to one another by means of at least one retaining ring, and a plurality of coil windings each extending around a core segment. The disc rotor machine also comprises a rotor which is mounted rotatably relative to the stator, the rotor having a first rotor disc arranged adjacent to the stator towards a first axial side and a second rotor disc arranged adjacent to the stator towards a second axial side opposite the first axial side, which rotor discs can be driven by a plurality of coils of the stator which are distributed in a circumferential direction and include the core segments and coil windings. The disc rotor machine further comprises a cooling device which cools the coils during operation, the stator having a carrier wheel which accommodates the coil windings and is connected to the at least one retaining ring, the carrier wheel forming a cooling channel portion of the cooling device that directly accommodates at least one of the coil windings.

An axial flux machine has an annular stator and two rotor elements mounted rotatably relative to the stator about an axis of rotation. A first rotor element is arranged axially adjacent to a first end face of the stator and a second rotor element is arranged axially adjacent to a second end face of the stator. The stator has a plurality of stator cores distributed in a circumferential direction of a circular line extending about the axis of rotation, wherein at least one stator core has a plurality of radially extending guide segments that are stacked on top of one another in the circumferential direction and are of plate-like design. At least a partial quantity of the guide segments have, on the radial outer side thereof and/or the radial inner side thereof, a retaining contour accommodated in an interlocking manner on at least one supporting region fixed to the housing.

An electric machine designed as a permanently excited synchronous machine, including a rotor with a rotor body arranged on a rotor shaft, a stator, and a displacement device that generates a relative axial movement between the rotor body and the stator based on a torque produced between the rotor shaft and the rotor body. The displacement device has first and second displacement elements and at least one rolling body arranged between the first and second displacement elements. The first displacement element is axially movable and rotatable to a limited degree on the rotor shaft, and the second displacement element is connected to the rotor shaft rotationally fixed. The displacement elements provide that upon rotation of the first displacement element relative to the second or vice versa, the rotor body is pushed on the rotor shaft axially against the spring force.

An axial flux machine having a stator which is located between a first rotor disk and a second rotor disk. The base part of the stator is a central support flange which defines a first lateral face and a second lateral face. The central support flange has a plurality of flow openings. A first, left stator cover is mounted, with a formed collection channel, on the first lateral face of the support flange, and a second, right stator cover is mounted, with a formed distribution channel, on the second lateral face of the support flange.

A method is provided for controlling a hybrid drive train comprising a first partial drive train including an internal combustion engine having a crankshaft and a second partial drive train, which is separated from the first partial drive train by a torsional elasticity, having an electric machine with a rotor. A rotational characteristic value of the first partial drive train is detected via a sensor arranged on the torsional elasticity. A rotational characteristic value of the rotor is detected via a device engaged with the rotor. A quality index is determined based on the rational characteristic value of the first partial drive train and the rotational characteristic value of the rotor. The electric machine is controller to optimize the quality index.
