A luggage compartment, for use in a vehicle, having a housing with an inner volume defining a storage space of the luggage compartment and a flap which is attached to the housing with at least one fastening device. The fastening device has a first portion attached to the flap and a second portion, wherein the second portion of the fastening device is releasably coupled to the first portion of the fastening device and attached to an outer surface of a top wall of the housing. Also a cabin component assembly with the luggage compartment and a ceiling panel arranged adjacent to the top wall of the housing of the luggage compartment and an aircraft with the cabin component assembly.

A vehicle region with a roof section of a primary structure and with two luggage compartments. One of the luggage compartments comprises a detachable luggage compartment flap and a luggage compartment top, which forms the upper boundary of a part of a luggage space. A detachable fastening device can rotatably fasten the luggage compartment flap on the luggage compartment. A front edge of the luggage compartment top is at a distance from an end point in an intermediate space above a luggage compartment, to which end point a side of a ceiling panel is movable, the distance being greater than or equal to a width of the ceiling panel. A standardized/modularized partition wall with a basic sandwich structure for purposes of separating a cabin area of an aeroplane. An aircraft cabin curtain rail assembly kit includes a plurality of curtain rail components with linear curtain rail sections and curved curtain rail sections with an angle of curvature in a range of 0-90&#xb0;. Each curtain rail component has a first end and a second end. An arrangement for receiving a curtain rail for a curtain for partitioning at least two regions in a cabin of a vehicle includes a bottom facing the floor of the cabin, and a top facing the ceiling of the cabin. The bottom is essentially planar and is designed to receive the curtain rail. The top is designed to cover the space between a curtain held in the curtain rail and the ceiling of the cabin of the vehicle. The bottom includes means for the variable-position holding of attachment points to which the curtain rail can be fastened. Consequently the curtain rails can be affixed flexibly and so as to be subsequently changeable within the region of the arrangement, thereby contributing to such arrangements so as to be able to be standardized for a multitude of imaginable cabin layouts of a vehicle, to be able to minimize individual customization work and construction expenditure.

Universal arrangement for receiving a curtain rail for a partitioning curtain

According to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, a rest arrangement is provided, comprising a first support element and a lying-down facility. The lying-down facility comprises a first fastening region which in turn comprises a first fastening element and a second fastening element. The lying-down facility is affixed to the support element with the use of the first and the second fastening elements. The lying-down facility is slidable or pivotable between a first state in which the lying-down facility is arranged so as to be essentially horizontal, and a second state, wherein the transition between the first state and the second state takes place as a combined rotational movement and translational movement.

Rest arrangement

A system box for accommodating aircraft systems, and for load transmission between an aircraft structure and a crew rest compartment. The system box comprises a first, a second and a third region, wherein the three regions differ from each other. The first region is adapted attachment of the system box to the primary structure of the aircraft, wherein the second region is adapted for mechanical contact with a crew rest compartment for the aircrew. The mechanical contact in turn is adapted for load transmission between the aircraft structure and the crew rest compartment. Necessary aircraft systems are accommodated in the third region of the system box.

A module for an aircraft is provided for the accommodation of crew members. The module includes, but is not limited to a trough-shaped floor region having an external contour that corresponds to the contour of further stowage bins installed in the aircraft. The storage space created in this way in the interior of the module is accessible from the interior of the module. In this way the stability of the module may be enhanced and the installation expenditure may be reduced. Furthermore, comfort may be enhanced, in particular as a result of more space being available for the crew.

A mobile divider for an aircraft or an aircraft cabin with a first wall section, a second wall section that is essentially arranged parallel to the first wall section and a cable duct that is arranged between the first wall section and the second wall section. The cable duct protrudes over an edge of the first wall section and an edge of the second wall section in at least one location. This makes it possible to route a supply line such as, for example, an electric line in the cable duct within the divider and also in the transition region between the divider and, for example, a cabin supply channel such that the supply line is not visible to a passenger traveling in the cabin, particularly in the transition region from the mobile divider into the supply channel.
