A rotor shaft for an electric machine includes a rotor shaft main body and a rotor shaft core which is arranged therein and which is connected to the rotor shaft main body. The rotor shaft comprises a substantially axially running cooling cavity configured to conduct a cooling fluid, and the rotor shaft core is composed of a different material than the rotor shaft main body.

A stator for an electrical machine, in particular for an electromotive drive machine for an electric or hybrid vehicle, includes a stator core stack with a stator yoke and a number of radial stator teeth, as well as a corresponding number of stator slots, arranged between the stator teeth, for receiving a stator winding. A method for producing a cage rotor for an asynchronous machine has the following steps: providing a laminated rotor core made of a plurality of stacked rotor laminations which each have a plurality of rotor lamination grooves distributed in the circumferential direction; placing rod-shaped wire bundles, which are each made up of a plurality of wires, into the rotor lamination grooves; rotating the individual rotor laminations relative to each other, thereby deforming the wire bundles; placing short-circuit rings on both end faces of the laminated rotor core, and connecting the wire bundles to the short-circuit rings.

A rotor for an asynchronous machine includes a laminated core and a short-circuit cage which is at least partially integrated in the laminated core, in which the short-circuit cage is made of rods having or made from a first electrically conductive material and short-circuit rings having or made from a second electrically conductive material. A support ring is provided on at least one of the short-circuit rings and is in mechanical contact therewith. The at least one short-circuit ring and/or the support ring has a contour for creating the mechanical contact, and the mechanical contact is a press fit.

A rotor for an asynchronous machine has a laminated core and a short-circuit cage at least partially integrated in the laminated core. The short-circuit cage is designed with rods having or consisting of a first electrically conductive material and short-circuit rings having or consisting of a second electrically conductive material. At least one of the short-circuit rings is designed with a support ring, and each support ring is designed as a structure interlockingly and/or integrally cast onto or into the associated short-circuit ring.

A rotor for an asynchronous machine includes a laminated core and a short-circuit cage at least partially integrated in the laminated core. The short-circuit cage is designed with rods having or consisting of a first electrically conductive material and with short-circuit rings having or consisting of a second electrically conductive material. The short-circuit rings are indirectly or directly frictionally welded to the rods.

A connection ring arrangement, includes a plurality of conducting rings, and a support element which holds the plurality of conducting rings. The support element has a projection arrangement having two projections which are designed receive the conducting ring and which extend from said conducting ring. The projection arrangement has an open end and a closed end, which closed end receives the conducting ring. The distance between the projections is at least partially smaller than the diameter of the conducting ring and at least one projection is at least partially elastically formed in a direction transverse to the longitudinal direction of the projection. The projections are designed such that the conducting ring is inserted between the projections.
