Method and device for operating a drive train

A clutch assembly comprises a housing; a first drive part rotatingly drivable around an axis of rotation; a second drive part rotatable relative to the first drive part; a clutch which is arranged in the power path between the first drive part and the second drive part and which comprises a first clutch part which is connected to the first drive part in a rotationally fixed and axially movable way and a second clutch part which is drivingly connected to the second drive part; a controllable actuator for actuating the clutch; a sensor unit for determining a position signal which represents the axial position of the first clutch part, wherein the sensor unit comprises a target element which is at least indirectly connected to the first clutch part, and a sensor connected to the housing for recording a position of the target element; and adjusting means for adjusting the position of the sensor relative to the housing.

Clutch assembly, drive assembly, and sensor unit

A drive assembly comprises a rotatingly drivable housing an output part and a clutch arranged between the rotatably drivable housing and the output part. The clutch comprises a first clutch part held relative to the housing in a rotationally fixed and axially movable way, as well as a second clutch part fixedly connected to the output part arranged in the rotatably drivable housing; a controllable actuator for actuating the clutch; a target element which, upon actuation of the clutch, is axially movable; and a sensor for recording switched positions of the clutch; wherein the first clutch part comprises an annular portion arranged outside the housing, and a plurality of cam elements that extend axially from the annular portion through the apertures in the housing into the interior of the housing.

Drive assembly with a clutch

A differential assembly is disclosed, and more particularly a differential assembly for a motor vehicle driving axle drivable by an electric motor. The differential assembly comprises a driving gear; a differential drive with an input part and two output parts, wherein the output parts are drivingly connected to the input part and, relative to one another, have a differential effect; a coupling which is arranged effectively between the driving gear and the differential drive, wherein, in a closed condition of the coupling, torque is transmitted from the driving gear to the differential drive and, in an open condition of the coupling, a transmission of torque is interrupted; a controllable actuator for actuating the coupling and a sensor for determining at least three switched positions of the coupling. Furthermore, a driving assembly with such a differential assembly is also disclosed.

An actuating assembly for connecting a driving axle in the driveline of a motor vehicle is disclosed. The actuating assembly comprises a pump for generating a hydraulic pressure; a pressure accumulator which can be filled by the pump with a hydraulic fluid for generating a pre-pressure; a first hydraulic actuating unit for actuating a first coupling; a second hydraulic actuating unit for actuating a second coupling; wherein at least one of the two first or second hydraulic actuating units can be loaded by the pressure accumulator with hydraulic pressure and, after the pressure accumulator has been at least partially emptied, can be additionally loaded by the pump, wherein the associated first or second coupling can be actuated in the closing sense. Furthermore, a drive assembly having an inventive actuating assembly is also disclosed.

Actuating assembly

An axial adjusting device includes two discs which are rotatable relative to one another and coaxially supported relative to one another, between which two discs balls are guided in pairs of ball grooves. The depth of the pairs of ball grooves is variable across the circumference of the discs. One of the discs is axially supported and one is axially displaceable against resilient returning forces of a first spring mechanism. At least one of the discs can be driven by a motor via a gear drive. A second spring mechanism is provided which&#x2014;during the return motion of the discs, after the balls have reached their end positions in the ball grooves, which end positions are determined by the greatest groove depth&#x2014;permit the drivable disc to overshoot against the resilient returning forces of the second spring mechanism.
