A transverse control arm () of an axle arrangement for a vehicle having two transverse control arm struts () and at least three kinematics points (). Each of the two transverse control arm struts () has a carrier hub end () and a carriage end (). At least one of the two transverse control arm struts () has a curvature () in a spatial direction, and this spatial direction being along a vertical axis that extends generally perpendicular relative to the plane defined by the at least three kinematic points ().

Transverse control arm

A wheel suspension assembly () for a vehicle, having a spring damper (), a first transverse link (), which has a first transverse link strut () and a second transverse link strut (), a second transverse link (), a first tie rod (), a second tie rod (), a reversing lever (), a hub carrier (), a steering gear () and a pendulum support (). Each transverse link () has an end (), on the hub carrier side, and two ends (), on the chassis side. The steering gear () is arranged in a plane with the first transverse link () and in a section between an end () of the first transverse link strut () of the first transverse link (), on the chassis side, and an end () of the second transverse link strut () of the first transverse link (), on the chassis side.

Wheel suspension system

A suspension arrangement for spring suspending a mass body () in relation to a substructure (), for example, a driver's cabin () of a heavy goods vehicle in relation to the vehicle chassis () thereof. The suspension arrangement comprises a spring/damper arrangement () which is arranged between the mass body () and the substructure () and which is used to dampen thrusts and/or oscillations. The suspension arrangement in characterized in that it comprises at least one pantograph () which is used to reduce the freedom of movement of the mass body (). The inventive suspension arrangement is constructively robust and can determine the provided freedom of movement of the mass body in a reliable manner and can dampen and/or prevent undesired movements in other spatial directions. The invention enables an economical and a reliable spring suspension, in particular, for a driver's cabin of heavy good vehicles, to be produced.

Wheel suspension for a vehicle (), with a carrier element (), with a wheel carrier (), which is arranged at a spaced location from the carrier element () and which is pivotable about a steering axis (), with a wheel () mounted rotatably on the wheel carrier (), with a steering wheel (), which is mounted rotatably on the carrier element () at least indirectly and by means of which the wheel carrier () is pivotable about the steering axis (), with at least one joint (), which is connected to the wheel carrier () and which has a housing (), a pivot pin () mounted pivotably in same and an angle-measuring device with a magnet () and with a magnetic field-sensitive sensor assembly unit (), and with at least one guide means (), via which the joint () is connected to the carrier element (). A deflection (&#x3c9;) of the pivot pin () relative to the housing () can be determined by means of the angle-measuring device in at least two different directions in space, and the magnetization (M) of the magnet () is oriented such that it extends at right angles to the steering axis ().
