A stator device for an electric machine, including a laminated core arrangement with a plurality of receiving grooves for receiving, in each receiving groove, at least one conductor element of a stator winding in a conductor channel, wherein the receiving grooves each provide at least one flow channel, wherein the laminated core arrangement includes a plurality of laminated core units which are lined up axially and which each provide axial groove sections of the receiving grooves, and wherein the groove sections associated with each of the plurality of laminated core units at least in part have a groove geometry variant taken from a group of at least two different groove geometry variants, such that the receiving grooves, over an axial extent along the laminated core arrangement, each have at least two different groove geometry variants.

Stator device for an electric machine, and production method

An electric machine () for a drive train () of a motor vehicle () has a coil arrangement and a rotor mounted rotatably relative to the coil arrangement. A fluid line is connected thermally to at least one component of the electric machine () to supply a cooling fluid () to the electric machine () and to cool the at least one component. A fan () is designed to supply cooling air () to the electric machine for cooling the electric machine (), and a control unit () controls the fan (). The control unit () controls the fan arrangement () and the cooling air supply depending on a speed (n) and/or a torque (M) of the electric machine ().

Electric machine for a motor vehicle and method for cooling an electric machine

A cooling device for a vehicle, having an inner housing with an inner cooling wall, and an outer housing which surrounds the inner housing, is spaced apart via a cooling gap and has an outer cooling wall. A cooling volume for passage of a cooling fluid is formed between the inner cooling wall and the outer cooling wall. The inner cooling wall and/or the outer cooling wall furthermore have channel walls for dividing the cooling volume and guiding the cooling fluid. At least one clamping device is arranged around the circumference of a circumferential wall of the outer housing for introducing a deformation force into the outer housing in order to reduce the cooling gap by deforming the outer housing.

A cooling device () is provided for a hybrid module () of a hybrid vehicle. The hybrid module () has an actuator arranged between an internal combustion engine and an electric drive unit of the hybrid vehicle for actuating a separating clutch for separating the internal combustion engine and the electric drive unit. The hybrid module () also has control electronics (). The actuator and the control electronics () are arranged within a heat protection hood () and at least the control electronics () are connected to the heat protection hood (). The heat protection hood () is composed of heat-conducting material and is connected to a housing part () of the hybrid module (). The cooling device enables use of the hybrid module in the region of hot components, such as the internal combustion engine or an exhaust system.
