A sealing arrangement for shaft and tunnel constructions. The sealing of gaps between components of shaft and tunnel constructions is improved, in particular if the components are misaligned. For this purpose a) the sealing arrangement () comprises at least two components (), which lie against each other at butt sides () so as to form a gap (), b) the components () have an elastic sealing profile () on each butt side (), and c) the sealing profiles () of the butt sides () that lie against each other lie against each other on a contact plane () and bridge the gap () in a sealing manner. The sealing profiles () have areas () of different hardness arranged in alternation in the transverse direction () perpendicular to the respective profile longitudinal plane (), the sealing profiles () of butt sides () that lie against each other differing from each other in the arrangement of the areas () of different hardness in the transverse direction ().

Sealing arrangement for shaft and tunnel constructions

A sealing assembly comprising two abutting components and a sealing profile produced from an elastomeric material, which bridges the gap between the two components to form a seal. The components are configured in particular as sections which are assembled into a tubular tunnel thus forming transverse and longitudinal joints. There is also a sealing profile being located in turn in each recess, thus forming a cornered sealing framework. There is also a lubricant for the contact surfaces between each component and the sealing profile, in particular for the contact surfaces between two sealing profiles. The sealing assembly has at least one sealing profile that has at least two protrusions in the vicinity of the contact surfaces. The protrusions form a sealed chamber, in which the lubricant is contained.

Sealing assembly for tunnel construction sections

A sealing arrangement which comprises at least two abutting components that form a gap therebetween and a seal that sealingly bridges the gap. The inventive sealing arrangement is characterized in that the seal entirely consists of a matrix or is provided with a matrix representing a composite system. The matrix is combined with a base body and is a pasty mixture comprising a water-soluble material. A lubricant and a swelling agent which can be activated by means of water as well as optionally additional additives are mixed into the material. In an advantageous embodiment, the matrix is introduced into the chamber. The wall of the chamber is configured in the form of a web that can be torn out. The web is removed before assembly. The base body consisting of an elastomeric material is provided with channels and grooves which extend in an extruded-like manner.

Sealing arrangement

The invention relates to a sealing device consisting of two contiguous building elements made of concrete, steel, reinforced concrete, cast iron or other materials, and a shaped sealing element made of an elastomer material which is inserted into a recess and bridges the gap between the building elements in a sealing manner. The building elements are in particular segments which are assembled into a tube-like tunnel such that transverse and longitudinal joints are formed. Each segment has a recess which runs around all bearing surfaces and has two outer side faces and a base side. A rod-shaped sealing element is positioned in the recess. According to the invention the recess within the central area of its base side has a support for the shaped sealing element such that two parallel recesses are formed. Each recess has an outer side face, an inner side face and a base side and a shaped body is housed in each recess. These two shaped bodies are joined to each other by means of a shaped body situated above the support.

Seal arrangement for tubular tunnel segments

Device consisting of an inner mold (15), an outer mold and at least one injection aperture arranged in the outer mold; for the manufacture of the corners of sealing frames, in particular tunnel sealing frames consisting in most cases of four assembled strand-shaped sealing profiles made of elastomeric material, whereby each sealing profile has open and/or closed grooves extending in the longitudinal direction and arranged on the profile base side, as well as additional ducts also extending in the longitudinal direction and disposed between the grooves and the profile back surface; whereby the manufacture of the corners of the sealing frames takes place according to the injection molding process. The essence of the invention lies in that the inner mold (15), viewed from the corner (16), is provided on both sides (17, 18) with additional mold inserts (24) as stops for the sealing profiles, whereby the mold inserts have bridges (25, 26) and pins (27, 28, 29) extending in the opposite direction to the corner (16) of the inner mold and, during the manufacture of the frame corners, close on the profile face all or at least part of the ducts. Introduced are another process variation as well as corresponding processes.
