A rotor shaft arrangement for an electric motor or for an electrodynamic machine. The rotor shaft arrangement has a rotor shaft, and a fluid passage, which is arranged at least partially within the rotor shaft and is designed to carry a cooling fluid along a longitudinal extent direction of the fluid passage. The rotor shaft arrangement furthermore has at least one feed channel, which is arranged at least partially within the rotor shaft and is connected to the fluid passage at one end of the fluid passage. The at least one feed channel is configured and/or designed to produce fluid communication between the fluid passage and a fluid feed that stores the cooling fluid, wherein the feed channel is arranged with respect to the longitudinal extent direction of the fluid passage so as to form a bend at the end of the fluid passage.

Rotor shaft arrangement for an electric machine

A rotor for an electrical machine has at least one laminated core with a multiplicity of magnet pockets arranged in succession in an axial direction of the rotor. There are magnets fixed by a cured potting compound within the magnet pockets. The magnet pockets are fluidically connected to one another via at least one distributor system formed in the laminated core which has, at least one filling channel for each pocket fluidically connected to the respective pockets. The distributor system has at least one distributor channel common to and fluidically connected to the filling channels. The cured potting compound extends continuously through the distributor system from magnet pocket to magnet pocket.

An electric machine for arrangement in a transmission housing, having an adapter device, an axle connected to the adapter device, a rotor arranged on the axle by a bearing device so as to be rotatable about the axle, and a stator which surrounds the rotor in a circumferential direction and which is arrangeable spaced apart from the rotor, and at least partially fixable, in the adapter device, wherein the adapter device partially covers the rotor and/or the stator.

A multipart rotor shaft for an electric machine comprises a first shaft journal with a first end flange and a first axial passage bore, a second shaft journal with a second end flange. The rotor shaft also includes a hollow carrier for a laminated rotor core, a line element for conducting a cooling medium, and a separating element which divides a cavity between the carrier and the line element into a first partial cavity and a second partial cavity.

Various embodiments may include a rotor for an electric machine, the rotor comprising: a first shaft journal; a second shaft journal; a laminated rotor core; a filler body cast onto the laminated rotor core wherein the filler body and the laminated rotor core rotate conjointly; and a cooling duct extending through the shaft journals and the filler body along an axis of the filler body and the rotor core. The filler body rotates with the shaft journals and a torque applied to the shaft journals is transmitted to the laminated rotor core.

Rotor for an electric machine

Various embodiments include a rotor for an electric machine comprising: a laminated rotor core; a filler body comprising an aluminum die-cast alloy cast onto the laminated rotor core; a first shaft journal having an air inlet opening; a second shaft journal having an air outlet opening; and a ventilation unit. The filler body connects the laminated rotor core rotationally conjointly to the shaft journals. The laminated rotor core includes a central axial bore partially filled by the filler body forming an axial cooling channel for cooling air within the central axial bore. The shaft journals drive the ventilation unit. Rotation of the ventilation unit draws an air stream in via the air inlet opening, conveys said air stream through the axial cooling channel, and discharges said air stream via the air outlet opening.

Electric machine and rotor with cooling channel

Various embodiments include a squirrel-cage rotor for an asynchronous machine comprising: a first shaft journal; a second shaft journal; a laminated rotor core; and a filler body cast onto the laminated rotor core connecting the filler body and the laminated rotor core in a rotationally fixed manner. The filler body is connected to the shaft journals in a rotationally fixed manner and a torque applied to the shaft journals is transmitted to the laminated rotor core.

Squirrel-cage rotor for an asynchronous machine

An electric machine for a drivetrain of a motor vehicle may comprise: a rotor with a rotor laminated core; a stator with winding heads on opposite end faces; and a housing with a a cooling liquid reservoir. The rotor core comprises multiple stacked laminations each with an aperture connecting the end faces to one another. The apertures of adjacent laminations are offset in a circumferential direction so: a first helical cooling channel connects an inner region of the core to a first end face; a second helical cooling channel connects the inner region of the core to a second end face; and the first cooling channel and the second cooling channel are oriented oppositely with respect to one another and are connected via a passage within the rotor laminated core to a feed line conducting the cooling liquid within the rotor shaft.

The disclosure relates to a rotor for a permanently excited electric machine. The rotor includes a holding pocket which is formed by a cutout of the rotor and which is designed to receive a permanent magnet. At least one flexible limb projects into the holding pocket of the rotor, and is designed to form an interference fit together with a circumferential boundary of the holding pocket and the permanent magnet arranged between the at least one flexible limb and the circumferential boundary.

A cooling system for an electric machine is disclosed. The cooling system includes at least one bearing bracket and at least one coolant distributor plate. The bearing bracket and the coolant distributor plate are designed to jointly form a cooling channel. The cooling channel includes multiple horizontal cooling channel sections which run parallel to an axis of rotation of the electric machine, multiple vertical cooling channel sections which run perpendicular to the axis of rotation of the electric machine, and multiple radial cooling channel sections which run around the axis of rotation of the electric machine. The three different cooling channel sections adjoin one another such that the cooling channel has a three-dimensional meandering profile at least in regions.

Cooling system for an electric machine

A method for welding a plurality of wire segment pairs is disclosed. Each wire segment pair has two adjacent wire segments, and each adjacent wire segment has a contact region where the wire segment is to be welded to the respective other wire segment. The wire segment pairs are successively guided between two elements of a pressing unit, and at a weld moment in which at least one of the wire segment pairs is located between the two elements. The pressing unit exerts a pressing force onto the wire segment pair such that the contact regions of the wire segments are pressed against each other. At each weld moment, laser radiation is irradiated onto the wire segment pair to which the pressing unit is exerting the pressing force, and the laser radiation is irradiated onto a region in which the contact regions are pressed against each other.

Method and device for welding wire segment pairs

The disclosure relates to an electric machine having a stator, a rotor and an inverter arranged in an inverter housing. The rotor is rotatably mounted about a rotational axis with its rotor axis in a first end shield and in a second end shield. The second end shield is arranged in or on the inverter housing. At least one suction opening and at least one blowing opening are arranged on the radial periphery of the second end shield. At least two cooling fins are provided on the second end shield, a baffle is arranged between the cooling fins of the second end shield and the stator and the rotor which is arranged in the stator, such that a cooling medium flowing radially through the at least one suction opening is guided to the at least one blowing opening.
