A quick connection arrangement is for detachably connecting a medium line by way of a (SAE) connecting piece, comprising a housing having an opening for receiving the medium line, and a connecting piece opening for receiving the (SAE) connecting piece, so that between the medium line and the (SAE) connecting piece, a medium can be guided through the housing. The quick connection arrangement further comprises a locking body for locking the (SAE) connecting piece in the connecting piece opening, which is essentially arranged inside the connecting piece opening and provided with at least two, essentially radially acting locking elements for locking the (SAE) connecting piece in the connecting piece opening in a longitudinal direction (A). The locking body is further provided with at least two, essentially radially acting unlocking elements, configured to make it possible to undo the locking of the (SAE) connecting piece by the locking elements when actuated.

Quick connection arrangement for detachably connecting a medium line to a connecting piece

A quick connection arrangement is for detachably connecting a medium line to a (SAE) connecting piece. The quick connection arrangement includes a housing having an opening for receiving the medium line and a connecting piece opening for receiving the (SAE) connecting piece so as to permit a medium to flow through the housing between the medium line and the (SAE) connecting piece. An inner locking element for locking the (SAE) connecting piece in the connecting piece opening is arranged essentially inside the connecting piece opening. An outer locking element is for locking the inner locking element when the (SAE) connecting piece is locked. The inner locking element is arranged essentially outside of the connecting piece opening.

A heatable connection apparatus includes electrically heatable hoses and a junction piece having two nipples for corresponding ones of the hoses. Each hose has two electric heating elements embedded therein. The ends of the heating elements are routed out of the hose for connection. The heating elements from one hose end are connected to corresponding ones of the heating elements from the other hose end to form two heating-element pairs lying diametrically opposite one another. Each heating-element pair is bent downward and guided through with the crimp first from above under a bracket of the housing downward toward the housing bottom, from where it is deflected by 90&#xb0; along the bottom of the junction piece in tight contact therewith. On the opposite side, the heating-element pair is guided upward and pushed with the crimp first from below and through the bracket.

Heatable connection apparatus including media-conducting, electrically heatable hoses

A connector arrangement connects an electrically-heatable hose to a piece of equipment. The connector arrangement is configured as a plug connection wherein the hose has a first plug connector which can be plugged into a mating second plug connector mounted on the piece of equipment. The hose has at least one heater lead embedded in the hose and the heater lead has an end segment brought out of the hose for fitting with the first plug connector. The first plug connector includes a body having an annular housing region defining an end. A connector stub is arranged on the end for receiving an end portion of the hose thereon. An annular receptacle is pushed onto the annular housing region and has a surface and a helical slot formed in the surface. The end segment of the heater lead is helically placed in the helical slot so as to spirally cover over the annular housing region.
