An autonomously-guided industrial truck comprising a vehicle frame defining, in a plan view, a vehicle contour in sections. The vehicle frame comprises three structural levels, arranged one above the other in a vertical direction, each with its own contour. The three structural levels include a lower structural level in which a base structure is attached, an upper structural level with a covering, and a middle structural level comprising a frame structure for connecting the lower structural level and the upper structural level. The industrial truck includes at least one drive wheel assigned to the vehicle frame to stand below the vehicle frame on a driving surface and at least one scanner unit arranged completely within the vehicle contour such that a scanning plane of the at least one scanner unit lies at least in sections vertically in a region of the middle structural level.

Autonomously-guided industrial truck having three structural levels

A base plate for an autonomously guided industrial truck having a longitudinal direction and a width direction, the base plate being provided to form a base plate arrangement and to downward delimit a vehicle body of the industrial truck in sections. The base plate comprises a plate body to define, at least in sections, an outline of the base plate arrangement. The base plate comprises an opening central in relation to the width direction and provided for accommodating a drive wheel of the industrial truck. The base plate comprises at least one recess offset in the width direction in relation to a longitudinal center axis for accommodating a support wheel arrangement of the industrial truck.

An autonomously guided industrial truck comprising a vehicle body and a pair of support arms extending from the vehicle body. The vehicle body defines a longitudinal direction and a width direction of the industrial truck in sections in plan view of the industrial truck. Each of the support arms extending from the vehicle body has at least one load wheel. The industrial truck includes a pair of support wheels or drive wheels located underneath the vehicle body on a driving surface and opposite one another relative to the width direction. The industrial truck includes a pair of scanner units arranged vertically above the support wheels or drive wheels. The pair of scanning units defines a scanning plane with respective scanning regions each scanning unit of the pair of scanning units, and wherein the respective scanning units are symmetrically opposite one another within an outline of the vehicle body in the width direction of the industrial truck.

An industrial truck comprises a load part comprises a load-carrying means including at least one load wheel and a drive part including a vehicle frame defining an opening. A steerable drive wheel and at least one support wheel are arranged on the vehicle frame. The at least one support wheel is arranged on a side of the drive wheel that faces away from the load part and is mounted as a trailing wheel that swivels about a vertical axis. The at least one support wheel is configured to at least partially protrude through the opening defined in the vehicle frame.

An industrial truck comprises a driver standing platform and at least two side walls forming an entrance to the driver standing platform. One of the at least two side walls comprises a support for a transverse standing position of an operator. The support for the transverse standing position extends along a first plane. A control unit is positioned opposite the entrance and is configured to be operated by the operator while standing on the driver standing platform. A back section is positioned on one of the at least two side walls and configured to extend into the entrance and comprises a support for an oblique front standing position of the operator. The support for the oblique front standing position extends along a second plane and the back section is positioned at an angle relative to the support for the transverse standing position.

An operating head for an industrial truck comprises a support extending along a longitudinal axis and comprising opposing carrier sections. One or more gripping sections are positioned opposite each of the opposing carrier sections, wherein the opposing carrier sections and gripping sections at least partially define a handle opening. The operating head further comprises at least one operating element positioned on at least one of the opposing carrier sections. The at least one operating element comprises a cylindrical body extending along a cylindrical body axis and defining a bulge extending radially from the cylindrical body along a bulge axis. The bulge extends towards the one or more gripping sections when the at least one operating element is in a rest position and the at least one operating element is pivotable about the cylindrical body axis by exerting a force against the bulge.
