The invention relates to a composite heat insulation system, comprising an insulating layer, optionally a reinforcing layer, which is applied to the insulating layer, and a cover layer, which is applied to the insulating layer or, if present, to the reinforcing layer, characterized in that the cover layer contains composite particles, wherein the composite particles contain at least one organic polymer and at least one inorganic solid, wherein the weight percentage of inorganic solid is 15 to 40 wt %, with respect to the total weight of organic polymer and inorganic solid in the composite particle.

Composite heat insulation system

A method of producing composites from inorganic materials by processing with thermoplastic forming techniques mixtures containing one or more inorganic, fine residual materials and one or more polymers based on ethylenically unsaturated monomers in the form of protective colloid-stabilized, water-redispersible polymer powders, wherein the inorganic, fine residual materials are based on inorganic materials selected from the group consisting of gypsum, lime, talc, silicas, kaolins, silicates and titanium dioxide, and wherein the composites are based on from 5 to 80% by weight of polymers based on ethylenically unsaturated monomers and from 20 to 95% by weight of inorganic, fine residual materials, based on the total weight of polymer based on ethylenically unsaturated monomers and inorganic, fine residual materials.

Use of inorganic materials for producing composites

The invention provides methods for producing sheetlike structures or shaped articles that comprise latent heat storage media, characterized in that mixtures comprising one or more microcapsules which contain one or more latent heat storage media, and one or more polymers based on one or more ethylenically unsaturated monomers selected from the group consisting of vinyl esters, (meth)acrylic esters, vinylaromatics, olefins, 1,3-dienes and vinyl halides, are processed by means of thermoplastic shaping techniques.
