The invention relates to a steering column module for a motor vehicle, comprising a steering angle sensor () that is inserted into a module housing (). The rotor of the steering angle sensor is assigned to a steering column and co-operates with at least one fixed measuring wheel (), in which angular modifications of the steering column are registered by electronic measuring sensors (), operating as the stator and connected to the vehicle electric system by means of a central printed circuit board (). The measuring sensors () are fastened to the printed circuit board () and the measuring wheel or wheels () is/are mounted in a housing () that is fixed to the printed circuit board ().

A steering column switch having a switch element and a switch lever, wherein the switch lever is designed from first and second modules. Because of the modular design, different grip pieces can be accommodated by the same switch element.

A steering column switch is provided with an electrical connecting device mounted in a housing that is affixed to the steering column jacket between the steering wheel and the steering column, said connecting device comprising a flexible, electrical conductor wound in the form of a spiral, which is inserted in an upper part of the housing and covered by a lid affixed to the steering wheel, wherein the conductor is coupled to the side of the steering wheel by means of a connecting unit and to a central printed circuit board that is connected to the electric system of the vehicle. A rotor of a steering angle sensor is assigned to the connecting device inside the housing, the stator on the housing side of said sensor contacting the printed circuit board.

A rocker switch for one two-stage actuating stroke, especially in the form of a window control switch for a motor vehicle. The rocker switch includes a rocker button which is mounted in a housing. An actuating plate for acting on switching contacts that are connected to terminal contacts is associated with said rocker button. A switching contact is allocated to the actuating stroke of the first stage in each direction, respectively and a common switching contact is allocated to the actuating stroke of the second stage in each direction, respectively.

A steering column switch comprises, located on a steering column jacket tube of a motor vehicle, a support ( ) for individual switches and comprises a housing ( ). At least the visible wall sections ( ) of the housing ( ) and at least the visible wall sections ( ) of the support ( ) consist of a core ( ) and a sleeve ( ) each, whereby the core and the sleeve are connected with each other in one piece. This results in the optimal utilization of space, as well as in a pleasant exterior appearance of the steering column switch.

A lever switch, in particular a steering column switch for a motor vehicle, comprises a housing (1) with connector contacts (5), a switch lever (10) supported in the housing (1), a switch element (30 and 32, respectively) actuated by the switch lever (10) and acting on switch contact paths (24), and comprises a switch gate (14), which resets the switch lever (10) or locks it in position. In order to provide a lever switch offering variable switching functions while permitting an economical and cost-effective manufacture at the same time, a predetermined layout of switch contact paths (14) is used for the implementation of different lever switching functions in that the division of the switch contact paths (24) is different, that the association and/or values of the resistors (25) relative to the switch contact paths (24) is different, and that different, interchangeable switch gates (14) are used.
