An apparatus is provided to stack a fuel cell stack by pressurizing a separating plate component including a membrane-electrode assembly (MEA) sheet component, in which gas diffusion layers are bonded to both surfaces of an MEA, respectively. The apparatus includes a component aligning unit, a component stacking unit, a component pressurizing unit, an end plate loading unit, and a transferring unit. The transferring unit transfers a stack guide, on which a separate plate component and the MEA sheet component are stacked, to the component pressurizing unit. The transferring unit transfers a stack body, in which the separate plate component and the MEA sheet component are stacked, to a completion end of the transfer route of the stack guide, separately from the stack guide.

Apparatus for rapidly stacking fuel cell stack using automatic stacking and pressurization of fuel cell components

A performance testing apparatus of a fuel cell is provided. The apparatus includes a moving body that stacks at least one unit cell and is installed to be movable along a predetermined transporting path on a frame. A pressurizing unit is mounted to the frame, presses the unit cell on the moving body moved from a beginning stage side of the transporting path, and supplies a reaction fluid to the unit cell. A terminal connection part is mounted to the pressurizing unit side the frame and connects a terminal to output a voltage of the unit cell to the unit cell.

Performance testing apparatus of fuel cell

An apparatus is provided to stack a fuel cell stack by stacking and pressurizing a separating plate components, including a membrane-electrode assembly (MEA) sheet component, in which gas diffusion layers are bonded to both surfaces of an MEA, respectively. A component stacking unit is installed at in a frame and grips the separating plate component and the MEA sheet component and stacks the components on a stack guide. A component pressurizing unit is installed at an upper side of a transfer route, through which the stack guide is transferred, and pressurizes the separating plate component and the MEA sheet component stacked on the stack guide. An end plate loading unit grips each of upper and lower end plates and loads them onto the stack guide. A transferring unit transfer a stack body of the separating plate component and the MEA to a complete end of the transfer route.

An apparatus for assembling a fuel cell stack is provided. The apparatus exerts a force on fuel cell components stacked on a stacking guide and couples a pressed stacked body formed of the pressed fuel cell components by a fastening member. The apparatus includes a lift plate that is disposed on an inner bottom of the stacking guide and a press body that is installed on a press frame to be movable in a vertical direction, and exerts a force onto the fuel cell components stacked on the lift plate. A plurality of fixing rods are disposed on the press body and are fastened to the lift plate, and coupled the press body integrally to the lift plate with the pressed stacked body disposed therebetween.

Apparatus for assembling fuel cell stack

An apparatus for automatically stacking a fuel cell stack includes a component pick-up unit configured to simultaneously pick up one separating plate component accommodated in a first magazine and one membrane-electrode assembly (MEA) sheet component accommodated in a second magazine, and load the components onto a start end of a component transfer route of a conveyor; a component examining unit installed at an upper side of the component transfer route of the conveyor, a defective component extracting unit installed at a rear side of the component examining unit, a component stacking unit installed at a distal end of the component transfer route of the conveyor, and a component pressurizing unit installed at an upper side of a transfer route of the stack guide.

Apparatus for automatically stacking fuel cell stack

An apparatus is provided to stack a fuel cell stack by pressurizing a separating plate component including a membrane-electrode assembly (MEA) sheet component, in which gas diffusion layers are bonded to both surfaces of an MEA, respectively. The apparatus include a component aligning unit connected to a completion end of a component transfer route of a conveyor to align the separating plate component and the MEA sheet component transferred by the conveyor to predetermined positions. A component stacking unit is installed at the component aligning unit side, and is configured to grip the separating plate component and the MEA sheet component and stack the components on a stack guide. A component pressurizing unit is installed at an upper side of a transfer route, through which the stack guide is transferred, and is configured to pressurize the separating plate component and the MEA sheet component stacked on the stack guide.
