A mobile communication device including a first appearance and an antenna is provided. An upper surface of the first appearance is bent a first angle from a border between a display area and a non-display area toward a display direction, and a lower surface of the first appearance is bent a second angle from a bending point toward the display direction, wherein the bending point of the lower surface is corresponding to the display area of the upper surface. The antenna is disposed in the mobile communication device and corresponding to the non-display area of the first appearance. The antenna transmits and receives signals processed by the mobile communication device.

A controlling method and a controlling system for a handheld communication device are provided. In the present method, a tilting state of the handheld communication device is detected by using a G-sensor when a notice is activated. Then, whether the tilting state is changed from a face up state to a face down state is determined. The handheld communication device is controlled to perform a function when the tilting state is confirmed to be changed from the face up state to the face down state. Accordingly, the handheld communication device may be controlled to perform a function timely according to the positioned state of the device without going through complicated procedures, so as to provide a more intuitive and convenient way to control the handheld communication device.

Controlling method and system for handheld communication device and recording medium using the same

Methods and systems for application procedure management are provided. First, an event is received, wherein the event defines a normal procedure and a specific procedure. In response to the event, a sensor is activated to detect a presence of at least one object. If the presence of the object is not detected, the normal procedure for the event is performed. If the presence of the object is detected, the specific procedure for the event is performed. In some embodiments, the executed specific procedure includes inactivating a display unit.
