Disclosed is a method for producing a strip for fastening elements, said strip comprising a plurality of interconnected holders, each of which accommodates a shaft of a fastening element. The holders define a fastening direction in which the fastening element can be driven from the holder into a support by a fastening device. The disclosed method comprises the following steps: a) producing a continuous strip defining a longitudinal direction of the strip; b) making the holders from the strip material by means of a deep-drawing process; c) accommodating the fastening elements in the holders.

Method for the production of a strip for fastening elements

A bit holder includes a shank, and a bit sleeve. The shank has a first end portion of a non-circular geometric equiangular cross-section for combining a hand tool, and a second end portion formed with a combining hole having female threads in its wall. The bit sleeve has a through hole for a bit to extend therein, male threads and a circular circumference. The bit sleeve is combined with the shank by engagement of the male threads with the female threads, and the bit sleeve may be rotated to fix with or loosen from the shank by an auxiliary tool for changing the bit. In assembling, the bit is inserted through the through hole of the bit sleeve, and then the male threads of the bit sleeve are engaged with the female threads of the shank by an auxiliary tool fitted with the circular circumference and rotated to keep the bit combined with the shank, with the bit sleeve pressing the bit so as to minimize the tolerance of the gap between them, thus enabling the bit to drive a screw smoothly into an object.

Bit holder

A screw locking tool includes a main body composed of a shank to be combined with a hand tool and a sleeve. The shank has front end continually connected with the sleeve having its surface disposed with an annular recess with an O-shaped ring fitted therein and bored with insert holes communicating with an accommodating cavity of the sleeve for receiving positioning steel balls, with an elastic element fixed in the accommodating cavity. A screwing element secured with the accommodating cavity has a shank with a minor-diameter and a medium-diameter annular recess for receiving steel balls to prevent the screwing element from slipping off. A receiving groove at the front end of the screwing element is bored with insert holes respectively for fitting a positioning steel ball and has an annular recess fitted therein with an O-shaped ring for positioning the steel balls.

Screw locking tool

A torque releasing clutch for a screw driver blade is installed in a connect rod, including a spring, ball holes for fitting steel balls, and a washer respectively in the holes to restrict the spring and the steel balls within the groove of the clutch so that the clutch moves forward and backward regularly. When a screw is driven in an object for a preset depth, the clutch may push forward the screw driver blade so that the torque-releasing steel balls may release the screw driver blade in time. Then, even if the screw driver should still have some torque, it might only rotate the connect rod idly, keeping the driver blade immovable. Thus the remaining torque might not damage the blade slot of the screw, in addition to avoiding the remaining torque returning to a user of the screw driver and harming the user.

A bit holder comprises a shank, a sleeve placed over the shank, and an adjusting sleeve coupled to the sleeve. The shank has a combination part for incorporating with a hand tool, a C-shaped retaining groove for engaging with a C-shaped buckle, and a combination groove for holding a bit. The sleeve has an inner ring with a gap for assorting with a locking bulge on the shank and a position bead hole on its outer threading for accommodating a position bead. The adjusting sleeve with an inner threading for locking the outer threading of the sleeve has a long groove on its inner wall and, by using this long concaved groove to assort with the position bead, the locking position between the adjusting sleeve and the sleeve can be adjusted.

A tapping screw includes a head, a shank and a cutting member, Said the shank has male threads, and the cutting member extends down from the shank and has a plurality of cutting grooves lengthwise formed and/or a plurality of wings also lengthwise formed; an annular groove is further provided between the shank and the cutting groove for wood waste cut out of a drilled hole of an object to move out smoothly and quickly, so the sharpness of the cutting member and the pointed end may be kept usual, and resistance against drilling and fixing of the screw may be reduced.

Tapping screw

A screw band with washers includes a screw band having a plurality of screw holes for screws respectively provided with a washer in advance to be positioned therein. Each screw hole has a pinching surface and a plurality of connect ribs are provided between each pinching surface and the screw band. The screw band further has a plurality of tooth grooves formed in opposite lengthwise sides to be fitted in by a tool and enable the screw band moved forward. A washer is fitted around the shank of each screw, located just under the lower surface of the screw band to sandwich the screw band together with the head of each screw so as to keep each screw vertical to the screw band to enable the screw correctly driven in an object. The diameter of each washer may be larger or smaller than that of the head.

A tool combining rod includes a rod member, an engaging head member and an engage member. The rod member has a rear non-circular portion for combining with a driving tool, and a front combining hollow for combining with the engage head member and the engage member. The engage member has a center hole for the engage head member to fit through therein and an elastic annular wall to tightly fit in the combining hole of the rod member. The engage member has a larger diameter than or equal to the outer diameter of the rod member, and the outer diameter of the front combining hollow portion is smaller than or equal to that of the rear non-circular portion to convenience of combining with a screwdriver.
