A glove box lighting device according to one embodiment of the present disclosure includes a switch unit () including a sliding rod () configured to linearly move in accordance with opening/closing of a glove box door (); a lamp unit () including a lamp () configured to be turned on when power is supplied thereto and being configured to be fixed at one side of the glove box housing; and a wire () connecting the switch unit () and the lamp unit () to conduct electricity to each other. The glove box lighting device is configured such that the sliding rod () linearly moves and protrudes when the glove box door () is open, so as to supply power to the lamp ().
