A touch and display sensing integrated circuit and a touch display device using the same are provided. The touch display device includes a display and touch sensing integrated circuit and a glass substrate. The glass substrate includes touch/display common voltage electrodes, pixels, pads and conductive lines. Each pixel includes Q sub-pixels. The pads are electrically connected to the touch and display sensing integrated circuit. The Pand (P+Q+1)pads are electrically connected to the touch/display common voltage electrode through the corresponding conductive lines, respectively. The (P+1)to (P+Q)pads are electrically connected to 1st to Qsub-pixels of a pixel through the corresponding conductive lines, respectively. The pads are arranged in a first direction, and the conductive lines, which are electrically connected to the pads in a second direction, are non-interlaced.

A driving method for an in-cell touch display and a mobile device using the same are provided. The driving method for an in-cell touch display comprises the steps of: dividing a frame period into N display/touch detection sub-periods each comprising a display sub-period and a touch detection sub-period; dividing scan lines into M scan-line sets, wherein a position of each of the scan-line sets corresponds to at least one of touch sensors; supplying a display common voltage to the touch sensor corresponding to the Iscan-line set when the scan line being scanned in the display sub-period of the Kdisplay/touch detection sub-period comprises the scan line of the Iscan-line set, wherein N, M, K and I are natural numbers, K is smaller than or equal to N, and I is smaller than or equal to M.

A method for eliminating image sticking of an in-cell touch display and a mobile device using the same are provided. The method comprises the steps of: providing at least a first common electrode and a second common electrode in the in-cell touch display to perform touch sensing, wherein the first common electrode is electrically connected to a first pin of a touch control circuit through a first charge/discharge route, the second common electrode is electrically connected to a second pin of the touch control circuit through a second charge/discharge route; and in a time except for display time, controlling the first pin and the second pin so that a voltage of the first pin is higher than a voltage of the second pin for at least a first preset period, and then controlling the first pin and the second pin so that a voltage of the second pin is higher than the voltage of the first pin for at least the first preset period.
