The present disclosure relates to a catalyst for ammonia decomposition, a manufacturing method therefor, and a method for producing hydrogen using the same. More particularly, the present disclosure relates to a catalyst for ammonia decomposition, a manufacturing method therefor, and a method for producing hydrogen using the same, in which by manufacturing a catalyst for decomposition of ammonia using a solvothermal synthesis method to which alcohol is applied, an ammonia conversion rate can be improved due to excellent catalytic activity in an ammonia decomposition reaction, and hydrogen can be efficiently produced from ammonia due to long-term stability even at a high temperature and for long periods of time.

The present invention provides an integrated system comprising: an electrocatalysis device, in which an oxidation reaction is carried out at an anode by an electrocatalysis of glycerol, and at a cathode hydrogen is produced through a reduction reaction; and a chemical catalysis device for producing butene oligomers from lignocellulosic biomass through a hydrogenation process, wherein the hydrogen produced by the electrocatalysis device is used for the production of the butene oligomers by the chemical catalysis device, and a thermal energy of the electrocatalysis device and the chemical catalysis device is exchanged with each other. The integrated system according to the present invention can reduce the cost of materials of a process for preparing butene oligomers by using hydrogen, which is a byproduct of a process for preparing glycerol derivatives, as a material of a process for preparing the butene oligomers through the integration of materials and energy from the processes for preparing glycerol derivatives and butene oligomers, and can obtain an effect of reducing energy costs by greatly reducing energy required in an integrated process by supplying, as a part of a thermal energy required at the process for preparing glycerol derivatives, the waste heat of the process for preparing the butene oligomers through the construction of a thermal energy integration network.

Methods for the oligomerization of ethylene, and more specifically, methods for the preparation of mainly ethylene oligomers of Cor higher are described. A method can include performing a first oligomerization of an ethylene gas using a Ni-containing mesoporous catalyst, followed by a second oligomerization using an ion exchange resin, etc. to produce ethylene oligomers of Cor higher. The method for the preparation of ethylene oligomers can produce Cethylene oligomers in high yield without inducing deactivation of the catalyst, compared to the conventional technology of ethylene oligomerization by a one-step process.

A reaction apparatus includes first and second reaction material accommodation parts, each of which accommodates a solid, gaseous, or liquid reaction material. A feed pump feeds the reaction material to one or each of the first and second accommodation parts. A reactor mixes the reaction material fed from the feed pump. The reactor is configured to have a cylinder that has a reaction chamber which accommodates the reaction material therein. The reactor has injection ports on which one side of each of the upper portion and lower portion thereof are connected to the first and second reaction material accommodation parts, respectively. A stirring shaft is disposed to be rotatable in the cylinder and stirs the reaction material supplied from the first and second reaction material accommodation parts. The present invention relates to a high-strength silicoaluminophasphate-34 (SAPO-34) microsphere catalyst, a method for preparing the same, and a method for preparing light olefins by using the same, and when described in more detail, the present invention relates to a method for preparing a SAPO-34 microsphere catalyst, including: spray drying a mixed slurry including a matrix, a binder, an additive, and the like to a SAPO-34 slurry prepared by a hydrothermal synthesizing method using various organic templates such as tetraethylammonium hydroxide (TEAOH), and the like alone or in mixtures to prepare microspheres, and firing the microspheres, and to a SAPO-34 microsphere catalyst for a circulating-fluidized bed reactor, prepared by the preparation method. The SAPO-34 microsphere catalyst of the present invention has excellent reaction activity while having high strength, and thus is appropriate for use in a circulating-fluidized bed reactor requiring high strength of the catalyst. Further, the SAPO-34 microsphere catalyst has a long life-span and excellent conversion rate of Cto Coxygen-including compounds (oxygenates), and thus is appropriate for use in the preparation of light olefins such as ethylene, propylene, butene, and the like.
