An antenna structure includes an antenna unit including a signal pad and a ground pad spaced apart from the signal pad, and a circuit board electrically connected to the antenna unit. The circuit board includes a connection pad connected to the signal pad and a bonding pad connected to the ground pad. The bonding pad has an area smaller than an area of the ground pad. The antenna structure is connected to an external circuit through the circuit board to provide a multi-band radiation.

An antenna device according to an embodiment includes a dielectric layer, a first radiator disposed on the dielectric layer in a first direction, a second radiator disposed on the dielectric layer in a second direction, a first transmission line which extends in the first direction to be connected to the first radiator, and a second transmission line which extends in the second direction to be connected to the second radiator, and intersects the first transmission line with being physically or electrically spaced apart therefrom.

Antenna device and display device including the same

An antenna structure according to an embodiment includes a radiator including a plurality of radiating portions integrally connected to each other, the plurality of radiating portions having sequentially reducing widths, a transmission line electrically connected to the radiator, and a pair of ground patterns facing each other with the transmission line interposed therebetween to be physically spaced apart from the radiator and the transmission line. A broadband antenna structure capable of providing a multi-band radiation can be implemented.

An antenna package according to an exemplary embodiment includes an antenna unit, a printed circuit board including an antenna connection wiring electrically connected to the antenna unit, an antenna driving integrated circuit (IC) chip mounted on the printed circuit board and connected to the antenna connection wiring, and a touch sensor driving IC chip and a display driving IC chip mounted on the printed circuit board together with the antenna driving IC chip. The driving IC chips are integrated in a single printed circuit board to improve spatial and process efficiency.

Antenna package and image display device including the same

An antenna package according to an embodiment includes an antenna unit, and a circuit board electrically connected to the antenna unit. The circuit board may include a core layer, a signal transmission wiring disposed on one surface of the core layer, the signal transmission wiring having one end portion connected to the antenna unit, a ground layer disposed on an opposite surface facing the one surface of the core layer, and a first via structure formed through the core layer and arranged around the one end portion of the signal transmission wiring to be in contact with the ground layer.

An antenna structure according to an embodiment of the present disclosure includes a dielectric layer, and a plurality of antenna units arranged on a top surface of the dielectric layer. Each of the plurality of antenna units includes a radiator, a transmission line including a first transmission line and a second transmission line that extend in different directions to be connected to the radiator, an upper parasitic element adjacent to an upper portion of the radiator, and a lower parasitic element adjacent to a lower portion of the radiator and the transmission line. Feeding signals of different phases are applied to the first transmission line and the second transmission line.

An antenna package according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention includes a first antenna device which includes a first antenna unit including a first radiator, a second antenna device which includes a second antenna unit including a second radiator whose polarization direction is perpendicular to the first radiator, a first circuit board electrically connected with the first antenna unit, a second circuit board electrically connected with the second antenna unit, and a third circuit board on which at least one antenna driving integrated circuit (IC) chip electrically and independently connected to the first circuit board and the second circuit board is mounted. By supplying power to two antenna devices having different polarization directions, respectively, signal interference and signal loss may be prevented, and dual polarization may be implemented.

An electrode connection unit includes an electrode connection unit body and a protective layer which covers at least a portion of an edge portion of the electrode connection unit body to satisfy a specific relation of area. An occurrence of cracks in the edge portions of the electrode connection unit body may be prevented when a bending stress is applied during a manufacturing process or treating a product.
