A three-dimensional deposition device and a three-dimensional deposition method used to highly accurately manufacture a three-dimensional object are provided. A three-dimensional deposition device for forming a three-dimensional shape by depositing a formed layer on a base unit includes: a powder supply unit which supplies a powder material; a light irradiation unit which irradiates the powder material with a light beam so that at least a part of the powder material irradiated with the light beam is sintered or melted and solidified to form the formed layer; a heating unit which selectively heats an area having passed through a position irradiated with the light beam in the base unit or the formed layer or an area not having passed through the position irradiated with the light beam; and a control device which controls operations of the powder supply unit, the light irradiation unit, and the heating unit.

Three-dimensional deposition device and three-dimensional deposition method

Provided is a three-dimensional deposition device, including: a powder supply unit which supplies a powder material; a light irradiation unit which irradiates the powder material with a light beam so that the powder material irradiated with the light beam is sintered or melted and solidified to form a formed layer; a three-dimensional deposition chamber which is sealed from an outside and accommodates the powder supply unit, the light irradiation unit, and a base unit; a gas discharge unit which discharges a gas inside the three-dimensional deposition chamber; and a gas introduction unit which introduces a predetermined gas into the three-dimensional deposition chamber. When the gas discharge unit discharges a gas inside the three-dimensional deposition chamber and the gas introduction unit introduces a predetermined gas thereinto, a predetermined gas atmosphere is formed inside the three-dimensional deposition chamber.

Three-dimensional deposition device

A three-dimensional deposition device and a three-dimensional deposition method used to manufacture a three-dimensional object with high accuracy are provided. A three-dimensional deposition device for forming a three-dimensional shape by depositing a formed layer on a base unit, includes: a powder supply unit which supplies a powder material by injecting the powder material toward the base unit; a light irradiation unit which irradiates the powder material feeding from the powder supply unit toward the base unit with a light beam so that the powder material is melted and the melted powder material is solidified on the base unit to thereby form the formed layer; and a control device which controls operations of the powder supply unit and the light irradiation unit.

Provided is a three-dimensional deposition device which forms a three-dimensional object by depositing a formed layer on a base unit, comprising: a powder supply unit which supplies a powder material; a light irradiation unit which irradiates the powder material with a light beam and forms a formed layer by sintering or melting and solidifying at least a part of the powder material irradiated with the light beam; a machining unit which includes a tool and performs a machining operation on the formed layer by the tool; and a controller which serves as a control device controlling an operation of at least one of the powder supply unit, the light irradiation unit, and the machining unit.

A pressure angle (a) of the dresser () is designed to be dislocated such that a reference pitch circle diameter (PCD) of the gear () shaped by the threaded grinding wheel () is outside the tooth profile evaluation range of a tooth surface ().

Gear machining apparatus

An image displaying apparatus includes a memory, an image reader, an image processor, an image adder and a display. The memory stores a plurality of medical images including temporally sequential images of a common portion of a same patient taken at different points of time. The image reader reads out the plurality of medical images from the memory. The image processor processes at least two of the plurality of medical images read out from the memory according to registration information of the at least two of the plurality of medical images so as to obtain a processed image. The image adder adds one of the plurality of medical images read out from the memory to the processed image so as to obtain an addition image. And the display displays the addition image.

An irradiation field region extracting apparatus for extracting an irradiation field region from a given radiation image. According to a first embodiment, image data corresponding to the radiation image is rotationally moved around a predetermined rotational center of the image data, with the image data having rectangular coordinates set thereon. A boundary line is extracted between the irradiation field region, where the radiation image is exposed, and an irradiation field stop region, where no radiation image is exposed, according to the image data rotationally moved by the rotational movement means. A parallel condition of the boundary line is detected wherein the boundary line is parallel to an axis of the image data, and rotation information data is generated which indicate an angle of a rotational movement of the boundary line from an original location to a location of the parallel condition and a distance between the predetermined rotational center and a given point on the boundary line. A linear equation of the boundary line, originally located before the rotational movement, is calculated in accordance with the rotation information data, and a region, which is surrounded by a plurality of boundary lines calculated in accordance with the linear equation, is extracted as the irradiation field region.
