Moldings of fluoro rubbers produced by crosslinking a tetrafluoroethylene/propylene copolymer or a tetrafluoroethylene/propylene/vinylidene fluoride copolymer, which have metal contents of 1.5% by mass or below in terms of metal elements and are suitable for use applications necessitating clean environment, for example, manufacturing or carrier equipment for semiconductors, manufacturing equipment, carriers, or storage containers for food, or medical supplies.

The present invention provides a resin composition which can contain a large amount of a filler, has excellent moldability, can provide a molded product having both high electrical conductivity and mechanical strength, and is especially useful for a fuel cell separator and a sealing material. The resin composition comprises A) 100 parts by weight of a resin composed of 0 to 99 parts by weight of an epoxy resin and 1 to 100 parts by weight of a polyimide resin, with the proviso that the total amount of the epoxy resin and the polyimide resin is 100 parts by weight, and B) 40 to 900 parts by weight of at least one filler selected from the group consisting of graphite, ketjen black, acetylene black, furnace carbon black and thermal carbon black.

Resin composition

In the present invention, a precharge circuit includes a precharge supply for setting equal potentials at pairs of spaced signal lines extending in parallel with respect to each other, a pair of switching elements for connecting and disconnecting respective signal lines to the supply, and a short circuit switching element for connecting and disconnecting short circuiting of the signal lines. The short circuit switching element consists of a transistor comprising a source and drain constituted by a pair of impurity regions formed underneath the pair of signal lines so as to correspond to the pair of signal lines and a gate. The gate of the transistor is formed in such a manner that gate length coincides with the widthwise direction of the pair of signal lines.

Precharge circuit and semiconductor storage device

A semiconductor device includes a protection circuit and a guard ring. The guard ring is formed between a MOS transistor of a semiconductor substrate and internal circuits, to cut off a leak current from the MOS transistor to the internal circuits. The guard ring includes a well region and a pair of heavily doped impurity regions for med spaced apart from each other on the surface of the well region. The pair of doped regions have mutually different conductivity types and have substantially equal voltages applied to have potentials with respect to the source of the MOS transistor. There are formed a first parasitic transistor having one heavily doped impurity region as the collector, the semiconductor substrate as the base, and the drain of the MOS transistor as the emitter, the one heavily doped impurity region being identical in conductivity type with the well region; and a second parasitic transistor having the other heavily doped impurity region as the emitter, the well region as the base, and the semiconductor substrate as the collector. When the first parasitic transistor conducts, the second parasitic transistor conducts, which turns off the first parasitic transistor. Thus, the leak current is prevented from flowing from the MOS transistor through the first parasitic transistor to the internal circuits.

Disclosed is a rubber composition for fluorocarbons and/or refrigerating machine oil use, which comprises at least one of a nitrile group-containing rubber, a chloroprene rubber, and an ethylene propylene rubber as a base and at least one of an epoxy compound selected from the group consisting of a monofunctional epoxy compound, a glycidyl ether type epoxy compound and a glycidyl ether type epoxy compound and a compound represented by formula: ##STR1## wherein R.sup.1 represents a hydrogen atom or an alkyl group, R.sup.2 represents an alkyl group or a phenyl group, R.sup.3 represents an alkyl group, an alkoxy group or an alkenyloxy group, and n is 1 or 2.

A CAT (computerized axial tomography) scanner having a lightweight rotary portion. The scanner has slip rings through which electric power is supplied to an x-ray tube. The slip rings do not need any special insulating mechanism. The scanner includes an inverter (3) for converting a line voltage into an AC voltage between the line voltage and a high voltage applied to the x-ray tube. The frequency of the AC voltage is between the frequency of the line voltage and radio frequencies. This AC voltage is supplied via the slip rings to the rotary portion and then stepped up and rectified by step-up tanks (7, 8) on the rotary portion to obtain the high DC voltage applied to the x-ray tube.

An electronic part mounting construction, such as a transistor package or a substrate for a resin mold device, has a substrate for mounting an electronic part on a principal surface, at least one metallized layer deposited on the principal surface and soldered to the electronic part thereon, another metallized layer continuously extended from the at least one metallized layer in a direction perpendicular thereto, and an insulator layer deposited on the other metallized layer. The other metallized layer is provided on a side surface of a wall member or the substrate. The other metallized layer and the insulator layer may be formed by steps of forming a hole in an insulator sheet, depositing a metallized layer and an insulator layer successively on the surface of the hole, and leaving the metallized layer and the insulator layer at predetermined region(s) by punching the insulator sheet.
