A burner characterized by being equipped with: a fuel supply nozzle to which a mixed flow of a solid fuel and a solid fuel transport gas is supplied; a flow passage that is arranged on the outside of the fuel supply nozzle and that supplies combustion air separated from the mixed flow; and ammonia supply nozzles which are capable of supplying ammonia on the downstream side of the outlet of the fuel supply nozzle toward a reduction region in which oxygen in the transport gas has been consumed due to ignition of the fuel and the progress of combustion, resulting in a low oxygen concentration. Thus, it is possible to provide a burner capable of burning a mixture of a solid fuel and ammonia, and a combustion device equipped with this burner.

This solid fuel burner is provided with: a venturi tube in which a channel for mixed fluid in a fuel nozzle narrows toward the center in the channel cross section; a fuel concentrator that imparts, to the mixed fluid, a velocity component away from the center of the fuel nozzle; and a channel separation member that separates the channel of the fuel nozzle into an internal side and an external side; wherein the channel separation member is shaped in such a way that the cross sectional area of an external channel is larger at the downstream end than at the upstream end, and the upstream end of the fuel concentrator is located between the upstream end and the downstream end of an expanded portion of the venturi tube. This solid fuel burner prevents solid fuel particles, which is ground biomass fuel, from adhering and depositing inside the nozzle.

A high-voltage noise filter of a power conversion device includes: a metal housing; an anode bus bar connecting anodes of a power source and a power module; a cathode bus bar connecting cathodes thereof; a first magnetic core having a through hole where the anode bus bar and the cathode bus bar pass through; an X capacitor having one end connected to the anode bus bar, and the other end connected to the cathode bus bar; a first Y capacitor having one end connected to the anode bus bar, and the other end grounded; a second Y capacitor having one end connected to the cathode bus bar, and the other end grounded; and a first cooling unit connected to the first magnetic core and the metal housing. The anode bus bar partly faces the first cooling unit, and the cathode bus bar partly faces the first cooling unit.

An operating device of the computer system is input with signal transmission line shape data, signal transmission line path data, signal transmission line shape dispersion data, and margin information for noise input of a communication device connected to the signal transmission line. Calculations are performed including an electric field or a magnetic field in a vicinity of the signal transmission line path from the signal transmission line path data, dispersion of the signal line transmission line shape via a random number, noise waveform at a communication device input from the electric field or the magnetic field in the vicinity of the signal transmission path, error occurrence determination, and error rate from plural time trial results. Information concerning the calculated error rate is output.

A failure caused by a soft-error including MNU, of an electronic apparatus is prevented, while suppressing increase of a mounting area, power consumption, and processing time. The electronic apparatus stores data indicating the state of a flip-flop included in a sequential logic circuit within an arithmetic unit, each time when execution is performed on a check point provided for every predetermined number of instructions. When a symptom of a soft-error is detected, the apparatus sets the state of the flip-flop included in the sequential logic circuit within the arithmetic unit, based on the data stored after execution of the instruction at the immediately preceding check point, and restarts execution from the next instruction, being subsequent to the instruction associated with the immediately preceding check point.

The invention relates to two-component coating systems comprising as component (a) one or more polyisocyanates, as component (b) one or more oligomeric and/or polymeric compounds that are reactive with component (a), and as component (c) one or more phosphonates selected from the group of phosphonic diesters and diphosphonic diesters, where (i) component (b) comprises all oligomeric and/or polymeric compounds that are present in the two-component coating system and are reactive with component (a) and (ii) component (b) contains not more than 15% by weight, based on the total weight of component (b), of oligomeric and/or polymeric compounds which carry isocyanate-reactive amino groups. Additionally provided by the invention are a process for preparing the two-component coating systems, and the use of these coating systems as a clearcoat, more particularly for multicoat automobile finishing.

In a liquid crystal display equipped with a side edge backlight device, visualization of 'a dot provided to a light guide plate' in the vicinity of the light source while keeping the luminance of the display screen. The shapes and the arrangement of the light diffusing dots (dots) provided to the principal surface of the light guide plate of the backlight device are made different between the area of the principal surface in the vicinity of the light source and the other areas, thereby adjusting the whiteness of the light guide plate in the vicinity of the light source. The plurality of dots formed in the vicinity of the light source are each composed of a first section for diffusing the light propagating the light guide plate, and a second section surrounded by the first section and less capable of diffusing the light, and are disposed in the vicinity of the light source in a zigzag manner.

Liquid crystal display device with a backlight unit having a diffusion plate

In order to solve the problem that sufficient center brightness is not always obtained in a conventional liquid crystal TV and a liquid crystal monitor, a backlight module of the invention includes a plurality of cold cathode fluorescent lamps (CFL) and a diffusing reflector below, the distance between the respective CFLs is arranged so that a central portion is narrow and an end portion is wide, and the backlight module includes a triangular sectional projection structure on at the diffusing reflector only between the CFLs between which the distance is the widest, in the end portion. According to the invention, enhancement of the center brightness without increasing consumption power, reduction in the number of CFLs, and cost reduction accompanying it are achieved.

Backlight module and liquid crystal display using the same

A liquid crystal display apparatus having a light conductor plate, a liquid crystal cell arranged on a front surface side of the light conductor plate, and a light source arranged on a side surface of the light conductor plate so as to light the liquid crystal cell from a back surface side thereof.
