A connection module is configured to be accommodated inside a battery pack including an upper case and a lower case, the connection module including: a plurality of bus bars that electrically connect a device disposed on the upper case side inside the battery pack to a connector disposed on the lower case side inside the battery pack; a plurality of holders that hold the plurality of bus bars, each of the plurality of holders including bus bar holding portions; and a bracket capable of locking the plurality of holders, wherein, in a state in which the plurality of holders that hold the plurality of bus bars are locked to the bracket, the plurality of bus bars are arranged side by side in a left-right direction orthogonal to a vertical direction, a direction orthogonal to the vertical direction and intersecting the left-right direction is assumed to be a front-rear direction.

Connection module

Provided is a fuse-equipped connector including: a housing; a fuse terminal configured to be attached to the housing; a holder configured to be attached to the housing; and a fuse configured to be attached to the holder, and be electrically connected to the fuse terminal, wherein the housing includes a lock portion, and the holder includes a lock receiving portion configured to be elastically locked to the lock portion, the holder includes a fuse accommodating portion in which the fuse is to be removably accommodated, the fuse includes a terminal portion, and the fuse terminal includes a fuse elastic contact portion configured to come into elastic contact with the terminal portion of the fuse.

Fuse-equipped connector, and connector structure

A terminal connection unit has a novel structure that enables advantageously absorbing tolerance between positions of a terminal fitting and a connection portion while also ensuring a good state of connection between the terminal fitting and the connection portion. A terminal connection unit includes: a current-carrying member that has a connection portion for connection to a terminal fitting provided at the terminal end of an electric wire; and a support portion that fixedly supports the current-carrying member. The current-carrying member includes a fixing portion that is fixed to the support portion, and an extendable portion that couples the connection portion and the fixing portion to each other and can extend and contract in the first direction. The support portion includes an attachment portion that is attached to the connection portion and is displaceable in a first direction.

Terminal connection unit

Disclosed is a circuit assembly having a novel structure that enables circuit components to be laid out in a lower case with high design flexibility and higher spatial efficiency. A circuit assembly includes: a lower case for accommodating lower circuit components; an upper case for covering the lower case; upper circuit components attached to the upper case, and a fastening member holder for holding a fastening member for fixing the upper circuit components to the upper case, the fastening member holder being provided in the upper case.

Circuit assembly

Disclosed is a circuit unit with a novel structure that can counter the heat generation by resistors while suppressing an increase in size and cost of the circuit unit. A circuit unit includes a wiring member, a lower case that holds the wiring member, an upper case that covers the lower case, and resistors connected to the wiring member, wherein the upper case include wall portions that surround peripheries of the resistors, and wherein, in a first orthogonal direction orthogonal to the longitudinal direction of the resistors, the separation distance between intermediate portions in the longitudinal direction of the resistors and the wall portions of the upper case is greater than the separation distance between end portions in the longitudinal direction of the resistors and the wall portions of the upper case.

Circuit unit

Provided is a circuit structure with a new structure that can improve a heat dissipation efficiency of a heat generating component while having resistance to a reaction force of a thermally conductive member. Provided is a circuit structure including: a heat generating component; bus bars that are connected to connection portions of the heat-generating component; cases that accommodate the heat-generating component and the bus bars; an elastic thermally conductive member that comes into thermal contact with the bus bars; a pressing portion that is provided on the cases and brings the bus bars into contact with the thermally conductive member; and a reinforcing wall portion that protrudes outside of the cases and reinforces the pressing portion.

Circuit structure

Provided is a circuit assembly including: a main relay that is to be electrically connected between a load and a battery; a pre-charge circuit connected in parallel with the main relay; and a heat transfer member, wherein the pre-charge circuit includes current-carrying portions that are to be connected to the main relay, and the heat transfer member and the current-carrying portions are in contact with each other.

An electrical connection box includes a case; a power supply circuit; and a branch circuit, wherein the branch circuit includes a detachable overcurrent protection element and branches from the power supply circuit; the case includes a case body, a cover detachably attached to the case body, and a cover sealing member having elasticity; the case body includes a first working hole and houses the power supply circuit and the branch circuit; the first working hole is formed at a position that allows the overcurrent protection element to face outward and is formed with external shape dimensions smaller than external shape dimensions of a ceiling plate; the cover is installed on the case body such that the first working hole is closed; and the cover sealing member is brought into close contact with a peripheral edge portion of the first working hole of the case body and the cover.

Electrical connection box

Provided is a circuit structure having a novel structure with which the dissipation of heat from a heat generating component can be more reliably promoted with a short heat transfer path. A circuit structure includes: a heat generating component; bus bars connected to connection portions of the heat generating component; an insulating base member configured to hold the heat generating component and the bus bars; and a coolant flow path provided inside the base member and through which a coolant flows, the bus bars being in thermal contact with the coolant flow path.

A circuit structure includes: an upper case having positioning holes; bus bars that are provided in an inductor disposed in the upper case and that have through holes; terminals that are connected to electric wires and that have bolts disposed thereon that penetrate the through holes; nuts that sandwich the bus bars between the nuts and the terminals by being screwed onto the bolts; and a lower case that is attached to the upper case. The lower case includes: front walls, left walls, and right walls that project upward from the lower case and position the terminals relative to the lower case by coming into contact with the terminals; and case positioning portions that project upward from the lower case and that are inserted into the positioning holes.

A terminal block includes a lower bus bar and an upper bus bar that overlap each other at overlap portions and an insulating middle cover disposed between the overlap portion of the lower bus bar and the overlap portion of the upper bus bar. The lower bus bar and the upper bus bar are provided with their respective ones of first to fourth terminals exposed from the middle cover, at positions different from the overlap portions and the first to fourth terminals are disposed at positions radially spaced apart from the overlap portions.

Terminal block and conductive path

Provided is a terminal block that electrically connects a terminal connection portion provided at a terminal end of a covered wire and a device-side connection portion provided in a device to each other, the terminal block including: a contact placement portion on which the terminal connection portion and the device-side connection portion are disposed in contact with each other; a wire installation portion that is provided continuously with the contact placement portion and on which the covered wire is disposed; and a stress relaxation portion that is disposed between the wire installation portion and the covered wire so as to be elastically displaceable, and that bends and holds the covered wire in a state in which a clearance is provided between the covered wire and the wire installation portion.

Terminal block and wire routing unit

A relay unit includes: bus bars serving as conductive paths; relays including contact portions for turning on and off energization of the bus bars, and a plurality of terminals connected to the contact portions, the bus bars being fixed to the terminals; and heat dissipation members that are fixed to the terminals of the relays, receive heat of the terminals, and dissipate the heat.

Relay unit

An insulating protector attached to one side of a unit cell group includes: two bus bar housing portions, in each of which a plurality of bus bars for connecting adjacent electrode terminals are aligned and housed, and are respectively provided at positions near two lateral side edge portions of the insulating protector extending in a direction in which the bus bars are aligned; and two wire routing grooves that are provided on an inner side of each bus bar housing portion, and in which detection wires drawn from unit cells are routed so as to detect the state of the unit cells. A bus bar cover for covering the closer one of the bus bar housing portions and a wire cover for covering the wire routing groove on the inner side of the closer bus bar housing portion are provided on each lateral side edge portion of the insulating protector.

Wiring module

An ultrasonic welding jig includes: an anvil that supports a plate-like electric cable connection portion of a terminal; and a welding horn that is disposed so as to oppose the anvil, and in which a fitting groove is formed in an opposing surface, the fitting groove being a groove in which a portion of a core wire of an electric cable is fitted. In a state in which the core wire and the electric cable connection portion are clamped between the welding horn and the anvil, ultrasonic welding is performed by ultrasonically vibrating the welding horn in an axial direction of the core wire. In a bottom surface of the fitting groove of the welding horn, a plurality of slippage prevention grooves that are obliquely oriented and intersect an axis of the fitting groove are formed spaced apart in a direction of the axis of the fitting groove.
