A power conversion apparatus comprises a plurality of submodules and an insulating structure. The plurality of submodules are aligned in at least one of a first direction and a second direction orthogonal to the first direction. Adjacent two of the submodules are insulated from each other by the insulating structure.

A gas electrical apparatus includes: a container filled with insulating gas; a high voltage conductor arranged inside the container and applied with a prescribed voltage; and an insulating support member configured to insulate and support the high voltage conductor relative to the container. The high voltage conductor is covered by a first dielectric film. The first dielectric film includes a through hole extending from the first main surface to the second main surface. The through hole has an inner circumferential surface on which a first coating film is formed such that at least a hole diameter of the through hole is less than a diameter of an electron avalanche in a state where a gas insulated electrical apparatus is used.

Gas insulated electrical apparatus and method of manufacturing gas insulated electrical apparatus

A switchgear includes a first contact capable of reciprocating along a motion axis, and a second contact. The second contact includes a facing unit movable in a first direction from the first contact toward the second contact when the facing unit is pushed in by the first contact, a spaced unit spaced from the axis and urged in a direction toward the axis, and a regulating unit coupled to the facing unit. The spaced unit abuts on the regulating unit to restrict movement of the spaced unit in the direction toward the axis as the facing unit is located in the second direction. The spaced unit is released from abutment on the regulating unit to move in the direction toward the axis into abutment on the first contact as the facing unit moves in the first direction.

Switchgear

A gas-insulated electrical device includes a covering film covering an inner surface of a ground tank filled with an insulation gas. The covering film is formed of an insulation dielectric covering film that becomes more positively charged than metals in a triboelectric series, and becomes positively charged upon contact with metal foreign matter. At the same time, the metal foreign matter becomes negatively charged upon contact with the covering film. In a case where the high-voltage conductor is charged to a negative polarity, a Coulomb's force acts on the metal foreign matter in contact with the covering film in a direction away from the high-voltage conductor. The metal foreign matter in the ground tank is thus suppressed from floating.

Gas-insulated electrical device having an insulation covering film

Gas insulated electrical equipment includes: a metal enclosure having an insulating gas introduced therein; a conductor that is accommodated inside the metal enclosure and to which voltage is applied; and an insulating and supporting member insulating and supporting the conductor relative to the metal enclosure. The conductor is circumferentially covered with a dielectric film, and furthermore, a nonlinear resistance film provided on the dielectric film and having a nonlinear volume resistivity decreasing when the nonlinear resistance film is acted on by an electric field higher than a critical value.

Gas insulated electrical equipment

A gas insulated switchgear includes a high-voltage conductor installed inside a ground tank filled with an insulation gas and the high-voltage conductor is supported on an insulation spacer and thereby fixed to the ground tank. The gas insulator switchgear is configured in such a manner that an insulation portion of the insulation spacer in contact with the insulation gas is covered with a cover film formed by hardening powder of any of thermoplastic resin, glass, cellulose, and polymer resin made of carbon and hydrogen having a particle size of 100 &#x3bc;m or less with epoxy resin.

Gas insulated switchgear and manufacturing method of the same

A gas-insulated switchgear includes a fixed-side electrode having a tubular fixed-side-conducting contact and a fixed-side shield for housing the fixed-side-conducting contact, and a movable-side electrode having a movable conductor driven by a driving unit to be connected to and separated from the fixed-side-conducting contact, facing each other in a container filled with an insulating gas. The switchgear includes a fixed-side-arc shield in the form of a circular plate, which is made of an arc-resistant member and has an opening of a diameter larger than the outer diameter of the movable conductor, the opening being formed on the side of the fixed-side shield facing the movable-side electrode. The fixed-side-arc shield is formed into a thin plate so as to cause an arc current to flow outward in a radial direction during contact parting of the fixed-side-conducting contact and the movable conductor to generate magnetic flux on a surface thereof in a circumferential direction.

Gas-insulated switchgear

Gas-insulated bus is provided with: current-carrying conductor disposed along axial direction of metallic container that is filled with insulating-gas; shield fitting through which passes current-carrying conductor and that has depressed portion formed on portion of barrel-shaped outer surface; insulating support that has second end thereof fixed in depressed portion of shield fitting and has first end thereof fixed to metallic-container, and that supports current-carrying conductor via shield fitting; internal conductor being implanted in second end of insulating support and being, along with second end, positioned in depressed portion and fixed to shield fitting; and contact being attached to inner surface of shield fitting, being disposed in space formed on inside of shield fitting, and that makes contact with current-carrying conductor so as to maintain shield fitting and current-carrying conductor at same electric potential, wherein internal conductor has such shape that internal conductor and shield fitting together form barrel-like profile.

Gas-insulated bus

A foreign matters trap in which a metallic corrugated plate is arranged in a ground tank so that a line connecting portions of the corrugated plate having the same height is made parallel to a central axis of the ground tank, a metallic round rod is mounted to an corrugated end of the corrugated plate, the corrugated plate and the metallic round rod are connected electrically to each other, and a surface of the corrugated plate is covered by an insulating material. The foreign matters trap is capable of surely trapping metallic foreign matters in a gas insulated electric apparatus and suppressing concentration of an electric field to become excellent in voltage endurance and which can be readily mounted in a ground tank.

Gas insulated electric apparatus

An object is to provide gas insulated switchgear that is able to inhibit heat generation of a pressure container. Electrically-conductive members that are non-magnetic and have higher electric conductivity than that of the material of which the pressure container is made, are provided on the inside and on the outside of the pressure container, while being positioned along a main bus and being attached via a flange of the pressure container. Thus, eddy current that occurs when an electric current flows through the main bus are caused to flow through the electrically-conductive members having higher electric conductivity than that of the pressure container. Also, a current return path for the eddy current is formed by a flow path including the electrically-conductive members. Consequently, it is possible to reduce the eddy current flowing on the pressure container and to inhibit an increase in the temperature of the pressure container.

Gas insulated switchgear

In a gas-insulated power apparatus in which contiguous vessels(GIBC, GIBC) are coupled by way of flangesof respectives thereof, and power conductors(GIBC) insulated from the vessels by an insulating gasare included in the vessels, by squeezing the flangeof the vessel on one side to be coupled by a pressing memberscrewed to the flangeof the vessel on other side and the flangeof the vessel on other side, positions of the vessel on one side and the vessel on other side coupled as described above relative to each other can be shifted in a peripheral direction of the flange, and therefore, even when a direction of leading out a gas-insulated bus or the like becomes various depending on products, various directions can be dealt with out depending only on design of respective product specifications.

Gas-insulated power apparatus

A switch includes a blade-type moving contact that extends in a radial direction from a turning center and reciprocates such that its free end draws a turning locus, and a fixed contact that moves toward and away from the moving contact in a turning range of the moving contact. The blade-type moving contact and the fixed contact are accommodate in a tank. The moving contact is supported by the movable-side support conductor. The fixed contact is supported by the fixed-side support conductor. An opening through which the moving contact enters is arranged to be opposed to a turning center of the moving contact. The movable-side support conductor and the fixed-side support conductor are arranged substantially on a same straight line extending along a center axis of the tank.

Switch

A switch includes a blade-type moving contact that extends in a radial direction from a turning center and reciprocates such that its free end draws a turning locus, and a fixed contact that moves toward and away from the moving contact in a turning range of the moving contact. The blade-type moving contact and the fixed contact are accommodated a tank. The moving contact is supported by the movable-side support conductor. The fixed contact is supported by the fixed-side support conductor. An opening through which the moving contact enters is arranged to be opposed to a turning center of the moving contact. The movable-side support conductor and the fixed-side support conductor are arranged substantially on a same straight line extending along a center axis of the tank.

The object is to provide ring-bus-type gas insulated switchgear that ensures maintenance and inspection performance, reduces the installation space, and further reduces costs. Each of a plurality of breaker units is formed by connecting an instrument current transformer and a disconnector to each of the upper and lower branch ports drawn horizontally from the side surface of a vertical breaker in the same direction, and the breaker units are arranged in parallel. Adjacent disconnectors are connected to each other by a connection bus, so that the bus route runs alternately at upper and lower levels. Furthermore, the breaker units positioned at the two ends are connected linearly to each other by a communication bus. In addition, the line-side devices are arranged to face the corresponding breaker units across the disconnectors.

A fixed contact includes a pair of conduction members that are arranged opposedly and in parallel to each other such that tip ends of the conduction members are oriented toward an opening, a support frame (pedestal member) that tiltably supports bases of the conduction members, a leaf spring (pressurizing member) that biases the conduction members in a direction in which the tip ends of the conduction members approach each other, and an outer frame (shielding member) that covers peripheries of the conduction members and the leaf spring and shields them from an outside electric field, the leaf spring is arranged on an outer side of the opposed conduction members, and the outer frame is engaged with the tip end of the conduction member, thereby maintaining an opening width between the tip ends of the conduction members at a predetermined width.
