A package-type compressor includes a body unit, a controller, a casing, a first cooling air inlet, a second cooling air inlet, a cooling air outlet, a fan duct, a cooling fan, an air cooling type heat exchanger, a machine chamber, and a cooling duct. The cooling duct is provided below the fan duct, the cooling duct causing the cooling air taken in at the second cooling air inlet to flow along the controller toward the suction port of the fan duct. A vertical projection plane of the cooling fan overlaps the machine chamber and the cooling duct.

Provided is a package-type compressor that can improve cooling performance for cooling a body unit and a control panel. The package-type compressor includes: a cooling fan accommodated in a fan duct to induce a flow of cooling air taken in through inlets and discharged through an outlet; a machine chamber that causes the cooling air taken in at the inlet to flow along a body unit; and a cooling duct that causes the cooling air taken in at the inlet to flow along the control panel. A center position of the suction port of the fan duct is offset away from the inlet and toward the inlet with respect to a center position of a drive shaft of a motor of the body unit.

There is provided a liquid feeding type screw compressor that can reduce size and weight and improve vibration insulation and sound insulation. A liquid feeding type screw compressor includes as components: a compressor main body; a motor driving the compressor main body; and a gas-liquid separator separating a liquid from a compressed air discharged from the compressor main body. The motor is arranged above the compressor main body. The gas-liquid separator is arranged below the compressor main body. A compressor main body casing constituting an inner cylindrical space forming a compression operation chamber together with the screw rotor and constituting the contour of the compressor main body and a casing constituting the contour of another component consist of an integrally molded single member.

Liquid feeding type screw compressor

Provided is a highly reliable oil free screw compressor including a first sensor for detecting a temperature of lubrication oil, second sensors for detecting temperatures of intake air, and a cooling fan controller having a storage portion storing therein a set temperature of lubrication oil and a set temperature of intake air, and a computing portion for computing a control signal for increasing the speed of the cooling fan if a detected value of a temperature of the lubrication oil, delivered from the first sensor, becomes higher than the set value of lubrication oil stored in the storage portion, and computing a control signal for increasing the speed of the cooling fan if a detected value of a temperature of the intake air, delivered from the second sensor, becomes higher than the set temperature of the intake air, stored in the storage portion.

Oil free screw compressor

An oilless screw compressor incorporating water-cooled cooling units for cooling compressed air discharged from compressor bodies having a pair of male and female screw rotors which can be rotated in a contactless and oilless manner, the cooling units comprising a plate type heat-exchanger, and the amount of cooling water for the plate type heat-exchanger being adjustable. With this configuration, a difference between a temperature during load operation and a temperature upon automatic stopping and during unload operation of the compressor can be reduced, so that the cooling unit can be restrained from being damaged or broken within a short period, thereby it is possible to provide a highly reliable oilless screw compressor.

Oilless screw compressor and compressed air cooling unit

A screw compressor includes a low pressure stage compressor body; a high pressure stage compressor body that further compresses a compressed air compressed by the low pressure stage compressor body; pinion gears for example, respectively, provided on, for example, a male rotor of the low pressure stage compressor body and, for example, a male rotor of the high pressure stage compressor body; a motor; a bull gear for example, provided on a rotating shaft of the motor; and an intermediate shaft supported rotatably and provided with a pinion gear, which meshes with the bull gear, and a bull gear, which meshes with the pinion gears. Thereby, it is possible to make the motor relatively low in rotating speed while inhibiting the gears from being increased in diameter, thus enabling achieving reduction in cost.

Screw compressor

A multi-stage oil-free screw compressor includes: a suction throttle valve for controlling air intake into the compressor; a piston assembly for operating the suction throttle valve; and a structure for supplying a working pressure to the piston assembly. In order to reduce startup load at the time of startup of the compressor, the suction throttle valve is fully closed while a secondary side of a compressor body is opened to the atmosphere. When a negative pressure and the air pressure, that provide the working pressure, are used for slightly opening the suction throttle valve in order to switch the compressor to a loaded mode after a motor for driving the compressor is accelerated to its top speed, the air pressure is provided by a control pipe line that is defined by the same pipe line that forms a drain pipe line. This permits the control pipe line to be opened to the atmosphere as needed during the startup time. Thus is provided the oil-free screw compressor achieving improved startup reliability.

A water-injected compressor, which injects the water inside the separatorinto the compressor and discharges the water along with compressed air into the separator and then gains condensed and separated water, has the compressor stopping and then, if staying at a stop for a predetermined duration of time without activating, becoming activated and operating for a set duration of time.

Water-injected compressor

A screw compressor comprising: a pair of male and female screw rotors; and an air-cooled heat exchanger, wherein the air-cooled heat exchanger is provided above a motor for driving the compressor body; wherein, with respect to a cooling wind for the air-cooled heat exchanger, the air-cooled heat exchanger is inclined to the upstream side; wherein the uppermost portion of a unit suction port for the air-cooled heat exchanger cooling winds is positioned below the uppermost portion of the air-cooled heat exchanger positioned at the uppermost portion; wherein the lowermost portion of the unit suction port for the air-cooled heat exchanger cooling wind is positioned below the lowermost portion of the air-cooled heat exchanger positioned at the lowermost portion; and wherein the cooling wind for the air-cooled heat exchanger is exhausted from a ceiling portion of the compressor unit. With this structure, it becomes possible to provide a compact screw compressor with less noise whose installation area can be reduced.
