An axial-flow fluid machine provided with: a retainer ring holding a stationary blade train; a casing supporting the retainer ring; and an eccentric pin. An engagement part of the casing has a protruding section protruding to the retainer ring side. An engagement part of the retainer ring has a pair of wall plate sections forming a groove into which the protruding section is put. In the casing, a penetration hole is formed extending in a radial direction so as to be centered about a penetration center position that is biased to an axial upstream side in a region of the casing where the engagement part is formed. In the engagement part of the casing, a portion on an axial downstream side relative to the penetration hole exists in the entire circumferential area. The eccentric pin is inserted into the penetration hole.

In a gas turbine of the invention, a first blade ring portion to which first vanes are attached and a second blade ring portion to which second vanes are attached are integrally formed to form an integrated blade ring. A second upstream pressing member is arranged on the upstream side of a second upstream isolation ring which attaches a first ring segment and a second vane stage which is arranged on the downstream side of the first ring segment to the integrated blade ring. By attaching the pressing member to the blade ring portion, the pressing member pushes and fixes the isolation ring to the downstream side, and the sealing performance of a packing is maintained.

A plate-like-object manufacturing method includes a step of forming a plate-like object by stacking a plurality of plates and arranging a plurality of channels, through which a cooling medium flows, side-by-side between the plurality of plates; and a step of arranging a plurality of the plate-like objects side-by-side in a direction in which the channels are arranged, butting the plurality of plate-like objects against each other, and performing welding at an abutment section. The channels adjacent to the abutment section extend along the abutment section and have a greater dimension in the direction in which the channels are arranged, as compared with that of other channels.

A thermal spraying method includes forming a coating layer of heat resistant resin on the whole spray area of the metal surface, securely fixing a test piece of the same material as that of the metal as a constituent of heat resistant equipment on the surface of the coating layer, spraying a heat shield coating material onto the test piece, detaching the test piece from the surface of the coating layer, inspecting the condition of spray and setting spray conditions, removing the coating layer and, under the above set spray conditions, spraying the heat shield coating material onto the metal surface to thereby form a heat shield coating layer.

Provided is a vane tip clearance management structure for a gas turbine which allows a vane tip clearance to be confirmed easily at the time of completing assembly. For this purpose, there are provided: a casing () rotatably supporting a rotor (); stator vane retainer rings (, and) and a turbine vane ring () provided to have predetermined clearances from tips of rotor vanes (and) fitted in multiple steps to the rotor () inside in the radial direction of the casing (); guide frames () penetrating the casing (), the stator vane retainer rings (, and) and the turbine vane ring () in the radial direction and being supported by stepped portions (, and); and rods () movably supported by the guide frames () and abutting on the tips of the rotor vanes (and). Clearances (Cand C) are measured based on the amounts of movement of the rods () relative to the guide frames ().

Vane tip clearance management structure for gas turbine

There are provided a method for removing a blade ring by pulling out the blade ring smoothly and surely while preventing damage to other components, and a member for removing a blade ring. By using a dummy blade ring, connection plates, and connecting bolts, work for removing and mounting a lower half section of the blade ring is performed. Thereby, work of rotation and the like can be performed while the lower half section of the blade ring and the dummy blade ring are connected to each other in both end portions. Therefore, during the work, the lower half section of the blade ring and the dummy blade ring are prevented from shifting from each other and therefore from interfering with the opposed rotor blade tip, a lower half section of a casing, and the like, thus preventing damage to the tip, distortion of the lower half section of the blade ring and the dummy blade ring, and the like. Consequently, a stator blade ring can be pulled out smoothly and surely.

A silicon resin is applied to the outer wall of the transition piece of a gas turbine subjected to the thermal barrier coating by caulking the cooling holes provided in the inner wall by a resin. Then, the transition piece is heated in an atmosphere furnace in order to burn or decompose the resin. A part of the silicon resin applied to the outer wall of the transition piece is decomposed or evaporated by the heating to be discharged to the atmosphere in the furnace, but a part of the silicon resin remains and protects the outer wall.

Heat treatment method

An exhaust-side bearing rotatably supports a rotor of a turbine. A seal air-pipe and a first air-supply pipe supply compressed air extracted from a compressor of the turbine to the exhaust-side bearing. A second air-supply pipe supplies compressed air from a supplementary air-source to the exhaust-side bearing. A control apparatus switches between the first air-supply pipe and the second air-supply pipe based on the operation state of the gas turbine.
