A transparent conductive laminated body (1) contains a polymer film having a metallic compound layer and a transparent conductive layer laminated sequentially on at least one surface thereof, (2) the metallic compound layer is in contact with the transparent conductive layer, and (3) the metallic compound layer has a thickness of 0.5 nm or more and less than 10.0 nm.

The transparent conductive laminate of the invention is a laminate comprising a film made of a polymer with a photoelastic constant of no greater than 70&#xd7;10Pa, a light-scattering layer with a haze value in the range of 0.2-1.4% formed on one side thereof, and a transparent conductive layer formed on the other side thereof, wherein the laminate exhibits an overall retardation of &#x3bb;/4. By using the laminate it is possible to provide touch panels with reduced light reflection, no coloration, excellent visibility and high reliability for outdoor use, as well as touch panel-equipped liquid crystal displays employing them.

A transparent conductive laminate consisting of a transparent polymer substrate, an uneven cured resin layer formed on at least one side of the substrate and a transparent conductive layer formed on the cured resin layer directly or through another layer. The cured resin layer contains fine particles A having an average primary particle diameter of 0.5 to 5 &#x3bc;m and super fine particles C having an average primary particle diameter of 100 nm or less made of a metal oxide and/or a metal fluoride. The above transparent conductive laminate does not cause the deterioration of visibility by sparkling even when a transparent touch panel is mounted on a high-definition display and can prevent 'Newton rings' which occurs between two transparent electrode substrates constituting the transparent touch panel.

Transparent conductive laminate and transparent touch panel comprising the same

A transparent electroconductive laminate comprising an organic polymer film having stacked on at least one surface thereof an optical interference layer and a transparent electroconductive layer in this order, the optical interference layer comprising a high refractive-index layer and a low refractive-index layer, with the low refractive-index layer being in contact with the transparent electroconductive layer, and the optical interference layer being composed of a crosslinked polymer, wherein the optical interference layer contains ultrafine particles A comprising a metal oxide and/or a metal fluoride and having a primary diameter of 100 nm or less, and/or at least one of the high refractive-index layer and the low refractive-index layer contains fine particles B having an average primary diameter as large as 1.1 times or more the thickness of the optical interference layer and an average primary diameter of 1.2 &#x3bc;m or less in an amount of 0.5 wt % or less of the crosslinked polymer component. This transparent electroconductive laminate is used as a transparent electrode substrate of a transparent touch panel.

Transparent electroconductive laminate

The present invention relates to a liquid crystal display component and a transparent conductive substrate suitable as an electrode substrate for the liquid crystal display component. The transparent conductive substrate has the following feature: (i) it comprises a transparent polymer substrate (S), a gas barrier layer (X), a hardened resin layer (U) and a transparent conductive layer (E), (ii) the hardened resin layer (U) and the transparent conductive layer (E) are in contact with each other, and (iii) the surface in contact with the transparent conductive layer (E) of the hardened resin layer (U) has a surface electric resistivity of 1.0&times;10 &OHgr;/&square; or more in an environment of 50&deg; C. and 30% RH and that of 1.0&times;10 &OHgr;/&square; or more in an environment of 50&deg; C. and 90% RH, and the transparent conductive substrate has a high gas barrier property and high stability in a high-temperature and high-humidity environment.

Liquid crystal display component and transparent conductive substrate suitable for the same

This invention relates to a transparent conductive laminate and to a touch panel which uses the transparent conductive laminate and has excellent durability and excellent visibility. The transparent conductive laminate contains a transparent polymer substrate and a transparent conductive layer disposed on at least one of surfaces of the transparent polymer substrate, the transparent conductive layer has a surface containing micro bumps, wherein: (1) the transparent conductive laminate contains a cross-linked polymer layer (A) containing fine particles and a cross-linked polymer layer (B) between the transparent polymer substrate and the transparent conductive layer, said cross-linked polymer layer (A) is disposed between the transparent polymer substrate and said cross-linked polymer layer (B); (2) the cross-linked polymer layer (B) contacts the transparent conductive layer; and (3) the surface of said transparent conductive layer contains the bumps having an average height of 0.3 to 1 &mgr;m and a density in the range of 350 to 1,800 bumps/mm . The transparent conductive laminate can be used as an electrode substrate to provide a touch panel which has excellent writing durability, does not generate interference fringes in the touch panel, and gives non-dim and easily readable letters on the display.

A transparent electroconductive laminate having a transparent electroconductive layer composed mainly of indium oxide deposited on a transparent planar substrate, the electroconductive layer comprises two uniformly mixed phases comprising a crystalline phase of 1-80% by area and an amorphous phase of 99-20% by area and, in particular, the crystalline phase is composed of a grain or grains having a size of less than 1 .mu.m and the crystal grain or grains are in at least one of an isolated state, a linked state and a state in which the crystal grain or grains are separated from each other by a network of the amorphous phase, whereby the laminate is suitable for an electrode of a transparent touch panel and an electroluminescent panel.
