An inquiry system is provided in which an inquiry unit of a user of a machine and/or a device makes inquiries related to the machine and/or the device to inquiry a plurality of center systems of suppliers, and includes: a relay device which connects the inquiry unit and the inquiry center systems; and a storage unit which stores first and second identification information related to the machine and/or the device, the inquiry unit includes: an acquisition unit which acquires the first identification information; and a first communication unit which transmits the first identification information acquired to the relay device, the relay device includes: a second communication unit which communicates between the inquiry unit and the inquiry center systems; and a selection unit which selects, based on the first and second identification information, the inquiry center system and the second communication unit connects the inquiry unit and the inquiry center system.

Inquiry system and relay device

In a fixing system, a first terminal device transmits information about a trouble in a target device to a server, receives information for restoration of the target device, and operates a measuring instrument for measurement on the target device to measure the state of the target device based on the information for restoration of the target device. The server receives the information about the trouble, and refers to a fixing know-how database to analyze the trouble. The fixing know-how database contains know-how information about fixing of the target device. The server selects information required for fixing from information for restoration specified based on a result of the analysis by a trouble analyzing unit so as to comply with a selection condition set in advance, and transmits the selected information to the first terminal device.

A high-speed converter includes at least one converter among a first converter for converting an analog signal into a digital value; a second converter for converting a digital value into an analog signal; a third converter for converting an electrical signal into a digital signal; and a fourth converter for converting a digital signal into an electrical signal, and causes the at least one converter to operate by a method based on information acquired via a network.
