A radio communication device includes: a baseband portion that generates a plurality of transmit signals destined for a same area; an antenna including a plurality of antenna elements; and a signal processing portion that splits each of the plurality of transmit signals generated by the baseband portion into signals for the respective plurality of antenna elements, multiplies each of the plurality of split transmit signals by a corresponding element of a weighting matrix, and then combines those of the transmit signals provided for each corresponding antenna element.

Radio communication device and method of determining weighting matrix

An antenna device includes: an antenna unit; a radio unit processing a radio signal transmitted or received by the antenna unit; and a heat sink unit mounted on the radio unit and externally dissipating heat of the radio unit. The antenna unit is disposed on a side identical to the heat sink unit relative to the radio unit.

An envelope tracking power supply circuit is a power supply circuit for generating an output voltage according to the envelope of a high frequency signal and includes a voltage follower circuit for receiving an envelope signal and outputting a voltage according to the envelope signal; two parallel resistors connected in parallel between the output of the voltage follower circuit and an output terminal; hysteresis comparators for detecting respective voltage drops in the parallel resistors and generating voltages according to the voltage drops; and switching converters for performing switching according to the respective voltages outputted from the hysteresis comparators and outputting a voltage to the output terminal.
