An endoscope reprocessing tool includes: a connection portion configured to be connected with a fluid outlet provided on a bottom face of a reprocessing basin of an endoscope reprocessor; a direction changing portion configured to change a flow direction of fluid discharged from the fluid outlet from a direction against a gravity direction to a direction crossing the gravity direction; a discharge portion configured to discharge the fluid direction-changed by the direction changing portion in the direction crossing the gravity direction; and a positioning portion configured to position a distal end portion of an endoscope so that the discharge portion and a recess portion provided on the distal end portion face each other.

A washing tube of the present invention is a washing tube for supplying a washing and disinfecting fluid to an endoscope conduit of an endoscope placed in an endoscope washing and disinfecting apparatus, includes: a tube body, one end of which is connected to fluid supply sections of the endoscope washing and disinfecting apparatus for sending a fluid, a connector section disposed at the other end of the tube body and loosely and detachably fitted to a base of the endoscope conduit, a sealing member that is provided inside the connector section and comes into close contact with the base to keep the base and the connector section connected in a watertight manner, a valve body that moves forward by a liquid sending pressure of the supplied fluid and a biasing member provided inside the connector section for biasing the valve body backward.

Washing tube and endoscope washing and disinfecting apparatus

In a washing/disinfecting tank of an endoscope washing/disinfecting device, an endoscope connection portion to be joined to a connector portion of an endoscope body is provided, and receiving-side bases to be connected to each of pipelines of the endoscope body are provided. In washing/disinfecting the endoscope body, the connector portion is opposed to the endoscope connection portion in the predetermined positioned state, and then, a switch is turned on. Then, an electromagnet disposed at the endoscope connection portion is excited so as to attract and fix the connector portion by a generated magnetic force.

An endoscope cleaning/disinfecting apparatus of the present invention includes a cleaning tub, a chemical solution tank for storing a germicide, a chemical solution collection pipe, a chemical solution pipe, a feed pipe, a germicide bottle tray which can be drawn from the body of the cleaning/disinfecting apparatus, and a control unit for performing control to prepare the germicide by mixing a basis, a buffering agent, and a diluent. The germicide bottle tray includes a storage part which stores at least a first bottle body out of the first bottle body for storing the basis or a second bottle body for storing the buffering agent, and a detection portion for outputting a detection signal in a state in which the bottle body is stored in the storage part. The control unit performs control based on the detection signal outputted from the detection portion to prepare the germicide.

An endoscope cleaning and disinfecting apparatus of the present invention includes: a bottle body, including, a rigid portion with a mouth portion, and a deformable portion which is in a first shape while the disinfectant being stored therein and is deformable from the first shape to a second shape upon being compressed when the disinfectant is discharged therefrom; and a disinfectant tray having a housing section which can be pulled out of the apparatus body and into which the bottle body is housed, the disinfectant tray being provided with a housing space for a first slide member which allows the housing section to slide relative to the apparatus body and a housing space for a second slide member which is slidable relative to the first slide member.

An endoscope system includes an endoscope having an image pickup device, a control unit, signal lines, a first earth electric wire, a light guide and a scope connector. The scope connector is formed by collecting a first electric contact, a first non-contact power transmitting portion serving as a non-contact electromagnetic induction and coupling device, a first non-contact signal transmitting portion, and a first illumination light transmitting portion. A washing vessel capable of housing an endoscope is formed in an apparatus body. A washing solution containing a detergent is spurted against the endoscope arranged within the washing vessel for washing the endoscope. Also, an oxide-based disinfecting-sterilizing solution is supplied into the washing vessel for disinfecting-sterilizing the endoscope after the washing step together with the washing vessel.
